Vanhimmat
mutta ottaen huomioon vammat ja se ettei kukaan muu häntä näe, olisi todella typerää jos ei olisi haamu.
Lyhyesti: Denny on hallusinaatio, Izzie saattaa olla sairas.

Izzie tells Alex more details about Denny: That she sees him all the time and the two even have sex, but Alex is okay with her having a "fantasy," even if it's not about him. Alex bakes a cake for Izzie's birthday and tells her to make a wish. She says she already has everything she wants, so he advises her, "Then wish that everything stays the same."
Izzie tells Denny that she's tired of the secrecy of carrying on a relationship with a dead man. "I want you alive," she says. "Are you breaking up with me, Izzie Stevens?" he asks and she says she is. After Dr. Robbins advises Alex not to get hung up on the bad cases and to make plans, he asks Izzie if she'll go visit his mother with him.
Denny still hasn't left, even though Izzie made it clear she wants him gone. She finally realizes that what Denny's been telling her this whole time -- "I'm here for you" -- means that he's come to bring her to heaven with him. "I'm sick," Izzie realizes, and yells at him for not telling her right away. "I can go now, because you know," Denny says. "But it's your choice. You get to choose." She tells Denny to go, asking what he's waiting for. "This," he says, and kisses her goodbye.
Now that Izzie realizes that she's ill, she tries testing herself at the clinic, but doesn't get far before her interns arrive. When she has to show Sadie the right way to take blood from a patient, she demonstrates the technique on herself, then tells Sadie to run both tests. Under the guise of training, Izzie has Sadie run more tests on her. Sadie's only discovery: Izzie is anemic
An angry patient confronts Izzie: She'd been told she has cancer. In reality, she's only anemic, and she's convinced that someone at the clinic mislabeled her blood sample. "Don't apologize to me, I'm just anemic," says the woman, "You apologize to that dying person." Izzie realizes "that dying person" must be her.
She takes out the paperwork on her own blood test: It reads "anemic." She does a self exam and finds a suspicious-looking spot on her back. Izzie makes an appointment with dermatology, where the doctor insists that it's probably nothing.
