Minä olen Amerikkalainen ja minä haluan toistaa menestys Craigslist(http://www.craigslist.org) San Fransciscolta Suomessa. Sen vuoksen minä on luodanut Siniset Ilmoitukset.
Saisinko sijoitusrahastot liikekimppanit. Minä annan 40% yritysta 100 000 €:lle. (40% of the company given proportionally to investing partners totalling 100 000 €). Kaikki rahaa mene mainostassa. Kaikki hyöty on anna 60/40.
Tämä malli on menestys USA:ssa ja se voit olla helpoasti toista Suomessa ja kannattava nopeasti. Craigslist, esimerkiksi on 14 työntekija nyt (http://www.craigslist.org/about/pr/factsheet.html).

I'm an entrepreneur and programmer who has created Siniset Ilmoitukset (http://www.sinisetilmoitukset.com). After seeing the success of craigslist (http://www.craigslist.org) I saw an opportunity in Finland to repeat the same successfull model.
Craigslist employes 14 employees from a very simple and straightforward free ads website. They charge only for job ads at $50/ad.
I have already created the site for the Finnish market. It only needs brand recognition now. Thus I am seeking investing partners to advertise the site and to profit together from Finland's untapped market.
In short, all investment money will be put towards advertising. Share of the partnership is given proportionally of 40% of the partnership for 100,000 euros. Profits paid quarterly with a minumum of 50% revenue to partner's equity.
Revenue will come from two sources. First by selling job postings at 50 €/ad. And secondly, from advertising banners. See site for an example.

En väitä, etteikö olisi menestymisen mahdollisuutta, mutta jos 100000€ sijoituksella ei saa kuin 40% osuuden nettisivusta.... Ei hjuva, olla gallis. Tuollaisen nettisivuston arvo on ehkä enintään tuhansia euroja, ei edes kymmeniä tuhansia.
Tuollaisia sivustoja on käsittääkseni ennestäänkin. Ilmoittelijoita suurinpiirtein saman verran, kuin sinunkin sivuillasi.
Asia on toinen, jos myös sinä sijoitat sen 60% osuuden mainontaan ja yritykseen yleensä. 150000€ peliin vaan.
