BUT THE BIBLE SAYS:
1) God is one:

4) God is a spirit

5) People can become members of the kingdom of God.

6) There is no sex in Heaven.

Mormonit uskovat yhteen Jumalaan, kun sanalla tarkoitetaan taivaallista Isää. Olemme kaikki hänen henkilapsiaan. Kristus on Isän esikoinen henkilapsena ja Ainosyntyinen lihassa. Mekin olemme Jumalan henkilapsia ja samoin Saatana, mutta hän lankesi ja kapinoi. Siksi hänet karkoitettiin ja hänestä tuli Saatana.
Kolminaisuus tarkoittaa todella työskentelyä yhdessä. Kolminaisuutta sanotaan heidän yksimielisyytensä vuoksi joskus yhdeksi Jumalaksi, mutta he ovat kukin oma olentonsa eli ei vain yksi olento, jossa on kolme persoonaa.
Jumala on henkikin. Joh. 4:24 kohdassa korostetaan vilpitöntä rukoilemista hengessä ja totuudessa (jae 23)eikä sitä, millainen ruumis hänellä on.
Jumalako kirkastettu ihminen? Tämä ei ole kirkon virallinen oppi. Mutta miten ihmeessä Jumala olisi voinut syntyä tyhjästä? Miksi ihminen on luotu Jumalan kuvaksi? Kristus on Isänsä olemuksen kuva. Kristus nousi taivaaseen ylösnousseessa ruumissaan. Sellaisena hän on myös palaava. Ei missään sanota, että Kristus olisi menettänyt ruumiinsa. Sillonhan ei olisi ylösnousemuksella mitään merkitystä. Jumalakin on siis luuta ja lihaa, mutta kirkastunut kuten Poikakin. Myös me olemme kehittymässä kohti täydellisyyttä. Se on iankaikkisen kehittymisemme päätepiste.
Ellei Jeesuksen siittyminen olisi ollut ainutlaatuinen, ei hän olisi voinut voittaa kuolemaa eikä olla Lunastaja.
Ei ole kirkon virallinen oppi, että Kaanaan häät olisivat olleet hänen omat häänsä, mutta se on mahdollista, koska hän kaikessa muussakin oli täydellinen. Sulhasen tehtävä oli hankkia viini häihin ja Jeesuksen äiti toimi pitoemäntänä.
Täysin väärä on väite, että opettaisimme, ettei Kristuksen uhri olisi ollut riittävä. Se on riittävä kaikille siten, että kaikki nousevat kuolleista, mutta henkilökohtaisten syntiemme sovitus vaatii evankeliumin vastaanottamisen. Usko ilman tekoja on kuollut.
Ap.t.10:43 mukaan pelastus edellyttää uskoa, mutta ei kuollutta uskoa. Pelastus on lahja niille, jotka uskovat ja ovat uskossaan eläviä eli pitävät Jumalan käskyt.
Hepr. 9:27 mukaan jokaisen ihmisen osana on kerran kuolla ja sitten joutua tuomiolle. -
Aivan. Elämme vain kerran. Meillä ei ole toista tilaisuutta tulla elämään. Kuoltuamme menemme henkimaailmaan joko sen paratiisin tai vankilan (helvetti) puolelle. Vankeudessa oleville hengille on saarnattu ja saarnataan evankeliumia. Viimesitän siellä kaikki saavat kuulla tosi evankeliumin ja tehdä valitansa. Jos täällä meillä on ollut tilaisuus tehdä valintamme ja olemme hyläneet evankeliumin, niin olemme menettäneet paljon, vaikka henkimaailmassa ottaisimmekin sen vastaan.
