Olisi ollut melko vaikeaa esim. huomenna päättää tukipaketin puolesta, jos S&P tänään laskisi Portugalin pankkien luottoluokitusta "ei- lainaa enää/suuri riski -luokkaan"!.

Looks like we are entering the spiral in which the banks drag down the sovereign and then the sovereign drags down the banks… we saw it in Ireland and the major fear is that it will extend to Spain one day.
