- Azerbaijan could be "split up" or given to Iran.[1]
- Georgia should be dismembered. Abkhazia and "United Ossetia" (which includes Georgia's South Ossetia) will be incorporated into Russia. Georgia's independent policies are unacceptable.[1]
- Russia needs to create "geopolitical shocks" within Turkey. These can be achieved by employing Kurds, Armenians and other minorities.[1]
The book regards the Caucasus as a Russian territory, including "the eastern and northern shores of the Caspian (the territories of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan)" and Central Asia (mentioning Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kirghistan and Tajikistan).[1]
In Asia:
China, which represents a danger to Russia, "must, to the maximum degree possible, be dismantled".[2] Russia should offer China help "in a southern direction – Indochina (except Vietnam), the Philippines, Indonesia, Australia".[1]

Voimme siis tehdä johtopäätöksen, vähän mutkat suoriksi vetäen, että Iltasanomien artikkelin, suklaakääreen rastituskuviosta, että Venäjä ikään kuin "julkisti" kaavailunsa pitää "etupiirinään" Norjaan saakka koko Fenno-Skandiaa ja Itämerta. "Uusi merialue" on päätetty tuosta vaan itse, kenenkään muun kanssa siitä sopimatta tai keskustelematta. Tilannehan ei ole ollut kenenkään yksinmääräysvalta Itämerellä. Nyt vaan tultiin asia "esittämään". Mistaral -alus on todennäköisesti sitten se, millä Itämeren "herruutta" aiotaan ylläpitää. Outoa, ettei keskustelua ole lainkaan jonkun provojutun pohjalta vaan levittäydytään.
Mitä ihmettä? Venäläisen suklaalevyn kääreessä Suomi on nimetty Venäjän "tulevaksi alueeksi" - katso kuva!

Kukaan tuskin osasi kuvitella, että reviiri pakkaa leviämään näin yllättäin, ettei Natolla olisikaan asiaa haalia jäseniä Itämeren maista.- Miksi ei ?
Suomi ei halua olla Venäjän vihollinen.
Jos Venäjä kuitenkin Suomen vihollisena näkee, ei meillä ole vaihtoehtoja.
Mitä Putin on tehnyt viholliskuvan syntymisen estämiseksi ?
