For Nordic-TV admins

I don't know what has happened, but the quality of the whole service has been gone down. I also don't know are you pure novice's and amateurs or just stupid.

Let me tell you what's wrong with your service.

You decide to build a movie hell and collect monthly fees from the users. That's cool. But there you fail when you think that it's enough to have only a site and a lot of empty space to collect movies. You collect your clients money with stupid grin on ur stupid face, and then you leave them behind. Have you ever tried to watch a movie from your own site? Im afraid you have not. Because if you would've, you would realize how shitty service it is.

You think everybody is a computer specialist who can solve the problems, difficulties and riddles that you offer them. Ever heard of ICT SUPPORT? Well, you don't have anykind of support for your clients. Oh wait, sometimes, when your clients have sent tons of emails or have written angry comments on your site, you wake up and say something that either work or not, but you are not sure because you are ameteurs who have brains like a Sunmaid raisins. When they send you messages via your own "contact us" link, you hardly answer. Nice option.

There are massive amounts of negative comments all around your site. Have you seen them? Do you even care? Check this list of crap that fills your site:

- sound/picture/subtitles sync fails on several movies
- wrong subtitles on movies
- several different players and mostly they are slow or non-working players
- only one player works as the player should work
- and there should be only one player!
- no common sense to think that most common players are best because people mostly know how they work
- players with either suspended or expired licenses
- players/drivers that MIGHT work on Chrome, or then FF but not on Safari or Opera
- exotic player drivers should be installed but virus protections maybe don't accept and they are not Mac compatible (no Mac support)
- Payment program ends to an error message very often
- One of your payment program leads to a page that is written by Russian language
- You react very slow, or then you dont react at all, when people send you messages.
- You are never present, especially then when you are needed
- You start to upload TV-series but some of them you eventually forget. Then people have to ask over and over again are you going to upload the rest of the episodes or not. And finally when a single episode or few of them arrives, there are no subtitles, or then sound/subtitble/picture sync is not ok, or then you have put them under some shitty player that loads the movie with speed of 1-15 kbps.

I think I forgot something because the list seems to be so short. Anyways do something to make things work or then quit for good! The way you work nowadays is nothing but making sure that you will loose your clients.... users what ever they are called.
