"The Public Private Partnership in East Riding is a pilot project for us and a milestone in two respects: First, it expands our range of services in the U.K., and second it is an important step into the market of public administration services, which we hope will serve as a beacon, in Germany as in other places. The PPP in East Riding offers great potential for the future of the municipality, and such collaboration is certainly conceivable and doable in Germany as well. The project in Yorkshire will become a “showcase” for Arvato, where the entire spectrum of services that interested institutions can opt for will be on view. Talks are already underway with other potential clients in the U.K. Of course Arvato has set its sights on Central Europe and especially Germany in the medium term.
