Hi
treating the inner thighs with lipo is VERY challenging as the skin is very thin, there are two large adherence zones (where the skin is virtually intact with the muscle) and too many fat cells can easily be removed. In other words it is a HIGH risk area for unevenness. It is important to ask your surgeon to show pictures of their results so you can see if their work meets the goals you have set for yourself.
It is always best to try and get the result right the first time, but better to err on the side of caution i.e. leave some fat rather than take away too much.
Cellulite can improve in some instances and sometimes it can get WORSE. It all depends on what you have to start with and what your goals are.
