I could go into a whole lot of detail about the claims made by the People - and the various lazy journalists who will copy and paste its story hundreds, or perhaps thousands of times onto their own websites and into their own newspapers in the coming days. But what is the point? The info is already in the public domain.Those who hate Jackson will adopt the People's story as evidence for their case. Those with an interest in hearing both sides of Jackson's case will already know that these claims were debunked a long time ago. Nobody else will even bother to research the story. The People's readers buy the newspaper because they like and trust it. They, as intended, will believe this story and will not question it.Briefly, however, for the record: 1) The 'FBI files' are not FBI files. They are transcripts of interviews compiled by a tabloid journalist who paid his sources - including one who turned out not to exist.They were acquired by a PI who worked for Jackson's defence team. A decade later, he was prosecuted for tapping phones. The FBI seized all of his files, of which these tabloid interviews formed a miniscule part. 2) The allegations of Jackson being caught by multiple employees do not, as the People infers, come from a host of different documents. They all come from one document - a transcript of an interview with a couple called the LeMarques, who worked at Neverland in the late 80s and early 90s. The People intentionally does not state that all of these uncorroborated accusations come from just one of the documents, instead purposely misleading readers and suggesting that they're taken from a cache of evidence.The LeMarques never contacted police about the abuse they claimed to have witnessed, instead opting to negotiate deals with tabloid newspapers - including the Mirror. Their claims were investigated by cops probing Jackson, who found the couple had agreed to add increasingly graphic details to their interviews for more and more money. Investigators concluded in the 90s that the pair had no credibility and possessed no evidence of any genuine abuse. They were called on out of desperation to testify in Jackson's 2005 trial after prosecutors watched their case begin to disintegrate, but were destroyed under cross-examination. Jurors rejected their testimony and acquitted Jackson, unanimously.3) The supposed 'settlement' in 1992 was detailed to a tabloid reporter, for money, by a female source who claimed to work for Jordan Chandler's legal firm. She never showed the reporter a document - she simply 'read it out' over the phone. A police investigation into the claim found that the boy named in the settlement did not exist, there was no record of any settlement ever being paid, and the female source had never worked for the legal firm and in fact did not exist. She was never heard of again.This leaves one element of the People's story standing; that Jackson 'allegedly' - what a convenient little word that is - paid $35million to two-dozen young accusers. The newspaper presents no evidence to corroborate this claim. Just a note in the tabloid reporter's documents, which the People intentionally misrepresents as an 'FBI file'.Contrary to the People's claim, investigatorsknew about and investigated these tapes as part of their probe into Jackson in 2003/4, in which they were assisted by the FBI. Despite all of their resources, neither the Californian police nor the FBI was ever able to locate any evidence that any child besides Jordan Chandler or Jason Francia ever received a settlement.

In response to Freedom of Information Act requests, the Bureau has released its investigative files on the late entertainer Michael Jackson, who died earlier this year.

The records total 333 pages, divided into seven files. They detail the FBI’s investigation of a man who threatened to kill Jackson, as well as various forms of assistance to California authorities in two cases involving allegations that Jackson had abused children. It should be emphasized that none of these allegations were ever proven in court.

The files are available on the Freedom of Information Act/Privacy website, but here is a quick rundown of what they contain.

The first file—9A-LA-142276—was opened by the Los Angeles FBI office when it was asked to lead a federal case against a California man already under arrest for sending numerous threatening letters. The man—who falsely claimed to be the son of mobster John Gotti—had staked out Jackson’s house and threatened to kill him, the U.S. president, and others. He was ruled incompetent to stand trial and sent to prison for two years.

The second and third files—62D-LA-162715 and 62D-LO-11779—involve the Bureau’s support of local law enforcement. In 1993, the Los Angeles and the Santa Barbara Police departments formed a task force to investigate an allegation that Jackson had molested a young boy. FBI field divisions in Los Angeles and New York—as well as Bureau overseas offices in Manila and London—provided assistance in that case. Investigators gathered public records on Jackson, interviewed a potential witness, and followed various other leads. The FBI assisted Los Angeles Police Department detectives who traveled to the Philippines to interview possible witnesses and shared news reports from London about a potential victim. The U.S. Attorney declined to pursue a federal investigation, including a possible violation of the Mann Act (transporting a minor across state lines for immoral purposes), and no charges were filed by the state.

The fourth file—95A-HQ-1148159—concerns a 1995 request by a U.S. Customs agent in Florida that the Bureau examine a VHS videotape connected with Jackson to see if it contained child pornography. Forensic specialists discovered that the tape was a “poor quality third or fourth generation recording” and informed the Customs Service of their findings.

In 2003, Jackson was charged by the state of California with molestation and other counts.
The final three files—62D-LA-236081, 252B-IR-6808, and 305B-LA-239205—detail the Bureau’s support to local law enforcement during the ensuing investigation. The first of these files describes an FBI response to a Los Angeles Police Department request to analyze computers and digital media obtained from Jackson’s home under court warrant. The second involves a request by the Santa Barbara County District Attorney for help and guidance from behavioral analysts in the FBI’s Critical Incident Response Group. In the last of the three files, an FBI agent from Los Angeles traveled to New York to interview a potential witness. The agent found this individual unwilling to cooperate and closed the matter. The case went to court in 2005, and Jackson was acquitted of all charges.

Those “FBI” files in the UK Daily Mirror are from people who were discredited a long time ago. The so-called files that belong to an assistant to Anthony Pellicano come from Paul Barresi. I like Paul, he’s a nice guy. He was left a cache of files and tapes by Jim Mitteager, a “reporter” for the old National Enquirer which was under different ownership (not the same people who actually do ferret out some news now like the John Edwards story).

Mitteager, RIP, had no ethics or integrity. He often offered people money to make up stories about celebrities. I know this because I went back and interviewed a lot of the people he made files on concerning Michael Jackson. This was all in 2005, when Barresi shared many of the files with me during Michael Jackson’s child molestation trial. Some of the files were useful but most were not. And they weren’t because they weren’t true.

The Mitteager files were only interesting if you were going to check out their veracity. But apparently the Mirror — which come on, doesn’t care– just accepted the whole thing at face value. The man who successfully defended Michael Jackson at the 2005 molestation trial says it’s “sickening” that people are trying to “profit and exploit” the King of Pop after his death, in the wake an explosive report in London’s Sunday PEOPLE newspaper.
Famed Los Angeles-based attorney Tom Mesereau rejected the tabloid report, which alleged his former client, Jackson, who died in 2009 at age 50, spent nearly $35 million in a desperate bid to cover up his crimes after he supposedly molested at least 24 boys.
“The FBI never had any files alleging that Michael Jackson had sexually abused 24 young boys, because it never happened,” Mesereau told RadarOnline.com exclusively.
“Remember, in 2009, the FBI released their files relating to Michael Jackson and even though some of it was redacted, there were absolutely no findings of any wrongdoing on behalf of my client. Leading up to the 2005 molestation trial, the Santa Barbara District Attorney was working with the FBI and Interpol and they came up with no evidence of any sexual abuse.
“Believe me, if they had such information, it would have been presented at the trial.”
Mesereau, who recently scoffed at Wade Robson‘s claims that Jackson had abused him, said the County of Santa Barbara District Attorney regularly flew to the FBI’s headquarters in Quantico, Va., during the 2005 case in attempt to find “any evidence against Michael.”
“They never got it,” he said.
Mesereau added, “It’s sickening that people are still trying to profit and exploit Michael Jackson in death.”
The PEOPLE report comes amid the Jackson family’s wrongful death trial against concert promoter AEG Live and Mesereau predicted the damaging article was “likely linked to the AEG civil trial,” although he noted that “I can’t prove it.”
A source close to the Jackson family also cast doubt on the report, noting the Thriller singer had emerged from multiple Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services investigations without a case to answer.
“Michael was fully cooperative during all of his interactions with DCFS,” a source previously told Radar.
“Michael was interviewed for hours without his lawyer. He held nothing back. He couldn’t understand why these allegations were being made against him. DCFS cleared him on any wrongdoing in all its investigations.”

Eli roskalehdet ovat taas copy&paste taktiikalla kierrättäneet vanhaa ja kumottua sontaa, mikä jälleen kerran todistaa että lehdet valehtelevat MJ:stä minkä kerkeävät. No, tämähän vain todistaa hänen syyttömyyttään.

DCFS tutki vuosina 1993, 2002, 2003 ja 2005 eikä löytänyt mitään todisteita mistään rikoksesta. Kaksi grand jurya vuonna 1994 ei löytänyt mitään todisteita. FBI ja Interpol tutki 20 vuoden ajan eikä mitään löytynyt. Ja vuonna 2005 jury viiden kuukauden oikeudenkäynnin jälkeen totesi syyttömäksi kaikkiin syytteisiin.

Voi, voi. Toivottavasti MJ vihaajat eivät tapa itseään, kun heidän pedounelmansa jälleen kerran murskaantuvat :(

Ai että MJ on maksanut FBI:n ja kaikki juryt? Älä nyt naurata! :D Sneddon käytti enemmän varoja Michael Jacksoniin kuin yhteenkään sarjamurhaajaan Kalifornian historiassa. Mesereaun mukaan heidän oikeusjuttunsa maksoi reilusti yli 20 miljoonaa dollaria. Hän hankki yli sata etsintälupaa, käytti yhdeksää sormenjälkieksperttiä, tutki 70 poliisin kanssa jokaisen kolkan, pisti pystyyn nettisivun, johon pyysi ihmisiä lähettämään tietoja jne... Oikeudenkäynti käytiin vielä Kalifornian konservatiivisimmassa piirikunnassa ja Sneddon jäi monista laittomuuksista ja lavastusyrityksistä kiinni. SILTI Michael Jackson todettiin syyttömäksi kaikkiin syytteisiin.

Kaikki MJ:n syyttäjät sen sijaan ovat todistetusti valehtelijoita ja joka ikisellä on rahalliset motiivit takana.

Vaikka kuinka jankuttaisit pedohorinoitasi, se ei poista sitä tosiasiaa, että MJ oli syytön ja on niin kauan kunnes toisin todistetaan. :)

Sydänkohtaukseen vuonna 2009 menehtyneen Michael Jacksonin uraa varjostivat pedofiliasyytteet: Jacksonia epäiltiin lapsen seksuaalisesta hyväksikäytöstä vuosina 1993 ja 2005. Vuonna 1993 syytettä ei nostettu ja vuonna 2005 hänet vapautettiin syytteistä.

Vastikään 30-vuotias Wade Robson nosti hyväksikäyttösyytteen Jacksonin perikuntaa vastaan."
