Nuorison tekemistä kaikista rikoksista mustat toteuttivat myös 52%. Toinen nuorisoryhmä joka teki paljon rikoksia oli latinot. Sen sijaan valkoiset ja aasialaiset tekivät hyvin pienen osan noista nuorisorikoksista vaikka heidän osuutensa nuorista oli noin 60%.
