Once again, freedom of speech put severely to the test in Denmark. It happens after the 18-year-old poet Yahya Hassan Monday chastised an 'underclass of Muslims living' in the studio with host Martin Krasnik, writes bt.dk.
Hypocrisy, double standards and rot are some of the words that Yahya Hassan used when he Deadline pleaded with his parents and his own generation of Muslims living.
More than 2,600 comments were during Tuesday posted on Deadlines Facebook page in response to the interview with Yahya Hassan. And it was far from all these debates, which remained within the law.

The poet Yahya Hassan assaulted last night at Copenhagen Central Station. He was awarded several blow on the head of a man screaming that he was an "infidel who should die."
It was 18:40 o'clock on Monday evening, as the poet Yahya Hassan, known among other things for having written about religious hypocrisy in Islam, was assaulted when he would buy a ticket at the Central Station in Copenhagen.
- The offender punched him repeatedly in the head from behind with fist and shouted that he was cheating and would die, says Kenneth Jensen from Copenhagen Police to Jyllands-Posten.
The 24-year-old offender were quickly overwhelmed by personnel from the state train company Danish State Railways and was later arrested by police. He is said to be of "other ethnicity than Danish."
Yahya Hassan has been receiving threats from Muslims on several occasions.
- The Muslims say they are probably going to find me. That they will come after me. But they can get them all. I do not give a shit about those idiots, the poet said about previous threats against him.
