Paras voitti. Tuleva autoni?
Ei paras todellakaan voittanut, vaan ekologiset arvot ratkaisivat. Muuten autona Prius ei muiden tojojen tapaan kovin kummoinen ole.
Autoilun uusi _ajanlasku_ ilmeisesti olisi pitänyt olla _auringonlasku_ (vrt. Pösö mainos). Ottaen huomioon 407:n sijoitus toiseksi viimeisenä.
ainakin näillä leveyksillä on täysin käsittämättömän iso etumaskin ilmanottoaukko.
Joo.. ja saat...n ruma. Lienee tehty saharaan koko kuvatus.
finalisteista. Yli kolmekymmentä autoa karsittiin pois pelistä jo ennen finaalia ja Pösö sekä myös Bemari voittivat siis kaikki nämä.

My judgement is based on following grounds:
Toyota Prius is the undisputed forerunner of the hybrid technology aiming to the reduction of carbon dioxide which is very important goal for the whole industry. For the driver the second generation Prius is just like a normal spacious D segment car with easy operation and sufficient power. However, technically the car is complicated, but apart from that Toyota has succeeded in making it very reliable which earns all my respect.
CitroënC4 is an innovative novelty with a strong personality. It also introduces some safety features so far not seen in the other cars of the same class. For instance, the steering wheel includes a fixed centre section for an airbag shaped to match the driver´s morphology. I also like the clever lane departure warning system which is hidden into the driver´s seat.
The new little MPV Renault Modus is rather spacious car with small footprint. It is also versatile showing a couple of innovative features. I especially like both the double-opening rear tailgate and the handy bicycle rack which are available as options.
The second generation of Ford Focus is new in shape but the change is rather moderate. On the contrary, the technical change has been greater and in most conditions the car is excellent to drive. In spite of that I do not see the new Focus as such a remarkable novelty like the first generation six years ago.
The new Opel Astra is notably different in shape in comparison to its predecessor. Especially the 3-door version is undeniably exciting.On the other hand, the Astra has not technically changed so much. In fact it is rather a common car and that is why not in the top of my list.
The BMW 1-series is a brave attack to the volume class of middle sized cars. The outlook of the car is to my eye quite odd and the first driving experiences have not been as good as I should have expected. On the other hand in its class the new 1-series is the only one offering the rear wheel drive chassis. For me it is not the issue but some people may like it a lot.
I like very much the shape of the new Peugeot 407 although I know quite a few people with opposite opinion, too. Altogether the 407 is most of the time nice and comfortable to drive, but the leg room in the rear seat as well as the boot volume should be larger in its class.
