Airbus tulee valmistamaan vihreän vedyn lentokoneita. Vihreää vetyä tullaan valmistetaan Ranskaassa ainakin maan kolmella suurimmalla lentokentällä erilaisista paikallisista kierrätysjätteistä, joita itse lentokentätkin aiheuttavat / tuottavat suuria määriä vuosittain.
