“Lo, this is our God; we have waited for him…” Waited? Like, how long are we talking here? Y’all been sitting around since the Bronze Age twiddling your thumbs waiting for Jahve to finally show up and do something cool? That's a longer waitlist than at a trendy New York brunch spot on a Sunday morning. And for what? A vague promise of salvation that always seems to be just around the corner but never quite here.
“We will be glad and rejoice in his salvation.” Sure, because after centuries of plagues, exiles, wars, and a total lack of divine customer service, you're just happy the guy finally decided to clock in. Salvation? Nice buzzword, but where’s the fine print? Does it come with a guarantee, or is it more of a “pay now, see what happens later” deal?
Here’s a thought: if your God was all that, why’s he making everyone wait? Real saviors show up on time, not after half the planet’s already in flames. But hey, keep rejoicing in that salvation—assuming it ever actually arrives.

Oh wow, "faithful saying, worthy of all acceptation"—you mean a sales pitch so polished it could sell ice to an Eskimo? And then we got "Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners." Save 'em from what exactly? Oh right, the same eternal damnation he supposedly created in the first place. Sounds like someone setting the house on fire just so they can swoop in as the hero with a bucket of water.
And "of whom I am chief"? Bro, humble much? Yeah, we get it, you're the OG sinner, the MVP of messing up. Congrats on the self-drag, but if that’s the best testimonial for salvation, I’m not buying it.
So here’s the real deal: this "faithful saying" is just another infomercial for a system where the guy who sells you the guilt also sells you the cure. Slick move, Jesus, but I see through the hustle.

Ihmisen on tärkeää tiedostaa syntisyytensä, jotta voisi turvautua Kristukseen Jeesukseen!
Kun Jumala meidän sisimpämme turmeluksen avaa, hämmästymme ja säikähdämme ja se ajaa meidät Jeesuksen armon luo.

Mutta kaikesta huolimatta se Jeesukseksi mainittu petti lupauksensa tulla pian takaisin Maan päälle tuomitsemaan ihmiset.
Matteus 16:27-28
"27Sillä Ihmisen Poika on tuleva Isänsä kirkkaudessa enkeliensä kanssa, ja silloin hän maksaa kullekin hänen tekojensa mukaan.
28Totisesti minä sanon teille: tässä seisovien joukossa on muutamia, jotka eivät maista kuolemaa, ennenkuin näkevät Ihmisen Pojan tulevan kuninkuudessaan."
Me KAIKKI olemme lähtökohtaisesti kadotettuja ja siksi tarvitsemme Jeesusta Kristusta!
Lähtökohtaisesti ei niin ajatella, vaan tarvitsemme lähinnä herjausta, Paavalin ja muiden herjaamista, niin alamme rakentaa tikapuita taivaaseen.
Tosin täytyy sillä tavalla tehdä todella pitkät.
Hän tuli etsimään kadotettuja raskaudesta meihin. Silti monet ns. sylkevät Hänen kasvoilleen ”kiitokseksi”.
Jumala kutsuu huonoja. Itseriittoiset hän sivuuttaa.
Jeesuksen ARMO on valtavan suuri!
