Woodfrod, Essex, where it joins the North Cicular
road, raised over £120,000 in one day, nabbing

..näkyy olevan enklannnin pojilla, kuin täällä
kotosuomessakin, eli kytätään siellä, missä
paljon ylinopeuksia ajetaan. Mitään ei tosin
tehdä sille tosiasialle, että runsas määrä
ylinopeuksia tietyllä alueella kielii siitä, että
suuri osa autoilijoista ei pidä alueella olevaa
rajoitusta mielekkäänä. Jos taas rajoitus on
seurausta esim. usein tapahtuneista
onnettomuuksista suuntaisin ratsioiden pitämisen
sijaan huomiota mielummin
liikennesuunnitelullisiin seikkoihin (risteyksiin
kunnolliset näkymäalueet ja kiihdytyskaistat jne.)
