THEME:

HOTELS:
Large numbers of hotel rooms have been blocked by the General Conference. Reservations will open approximately September 2009.
BROCHURE:
The Session brochure will be available approximately January, 2009
EXHIBITS:
Guidelines and applications for exhibitors are available at this site. Applications will be accepted beginning January 2008.
MUSIC:
Musicians who wish to perform at the 2010 GC Session should take the following steps beginning January 2007:
1. Read the Music Guidelines.
2. Complete the application blank.
3. Send all material requested to your division music coordinator.
4. Names and addresses are posted on this site
FOOD SERVICE:
A lacto-ovo vegetarian food service will be available in the Convention Center. Watch this site for developing information.
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE:
All scheduling is subject to change, but present plans call for the following:

June 24 - Opening Session
