When you encounter some muslim or an iman who talks/preaches hatred against christians, jews, non-believers, europe and our culture, gather your 'troops' (=other muslims aso.) and make them stop. Make it clear to them, that either they will chance their view, or YOU will stop them (or just call the police and let them handle the situation)

...you're hitting a very sore spot there. You're representing a question I've heard presented many a time before, but never got an anwer to - at least anything near a reasonable one.
The only things a reasonable person can gather from this is are:
a) "The good moslems" silently agree with what they're more violent brothers and sisters are doing
b) "The good moslems" have no way of confronting these "bad moslems" - the Quran and Islamic tradition is on the latter's side, and confronting them would eventually mean confronting Islam
Personally I think that some of the "good moslems" belong toboth groups (a&b, that is), some of them only to the latter, and then there are those, who are moslems only for cultural reasons, don't know anything about their religion really, and couldn't care less
Btw. I think your quaestion should have been in the imperative; "why DIDN'T you people (muslims - the good ones) start to act
