Voisiko joku auttaa - haluaisin löytää englanninkielisestä raamatusta nuo jakeet, jossa puhutaan siitä, miten kaikki oppineisuus ja korulausaeet eivät tee ihmisestä sen erinomaisempaa, jos rakkaus puuttuu. En muista edes, missä päin raamattua se on, enkä oikein osaa alkaa etsiä sitä netistä. Jos joku teistä tietää, olisin kiitollinen avusta.

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

Vinkki kaikille, jotka miettivät, mitkä näistä kirjoituksista ovat Jumalasta ja mitkä eivät: Jos viestistä ei välity mitenkään Rakkaus (vaan esim. panettelu, kiukku, viha, ylpeys jne.) voit olla satavarma, että kirjoitus ei ole Jumalasta ja voit ohittaa sen sitä enempää noteeraamatta.
Jos olemme aivan rehellisiä itsellemme, emme ehkä löydä paljon rakkautta omistakaan viesteistämme, eikö?
En ainakaan itse voi ylpeillä olevani rakkauden esikuva. Mutta minun käy sääliksi niitä monia uskossaan epävarmoja, jotka eivät tiedä miten näihin kaikkiin viesteihin tulisi suhtautua. Rakkaus-aspekti auttaa tässä.
