We Finns do not realize that the South African policy in the past would suit the Finnish territory as well. I mean that a nation that is not ready to accept you forigners will not integrate you in our sociaty either. I dont want some nationalities to work in my company - not even for free. It just is not possible. Our ways do not go together. Therefore its better you go home. Develop your own country ! We should understand that rasism is a wrong word for our kind of Finns but nevertheless we do have a rasist approach to the people that we think is of a danger to our culture and our country.
Go home you ! - You dont fit here - there is nothing you can do here anymore to change the lazy behavour of your culture. Finns are stupid to give you free money - thats true.

Juuri tällaista kirjoitusta varmastikin "eijaksakirjautua" tarkoitti, kun hän halusi säästää täällä rasistisuuden paljaimmillaan havainnollistavan materiaalin.
Ihminen, joka "ei halua edes ilmaiseksi joidenkin kansakuntien jäsenien työskentelevän firmassaan" esittelee näin oikein hyvin nimenomaan itsensä, ei "kansakuntia".
Ja olkoon hän esimerkkinä myös siitä, että toimii itse sanojensa vastaisesti:

I do respect other nationalities - ofcourse - I just dont want to use some of them for my benefit - so to say ! Actually they are quite a bunch !!
It hard in todays world to find good workers so I decided to fire the bad ones and that included myself !
I was no good. I actually wanted to get rid of all foreign personnel and start spending quality life of my own. Its no use to employ lazy people !
Its a question of - in my case - quality of work that they do - how much they steel so in the end - quality of my life. Do I really want trouble ? No - and no again ! Then better stop in good time.
We can just let that "opportunity" pass with hurray and try to enjoy other things together - like travelling to distant countries and spend time there. It always widens the understanding !

So I decide what kind of bastards I employ. I think that most people are garbage and especially some other nationalities are (lazy and steeling) such - as I told I wouldnt employ them even for free - even though there would be individuals that obey the Finnish laws. They just might steel, destroy and damage the companys customer relations. We - I - dont want such people in my company. I stopped the company - and - maybe open up later. I am going to employ then guys that think the same way; Finland is for Finns. No less. Its a very natural nationalistic policy. We want to keep Finland clean and the mixture of races cannot conduct business here - at least in my company. At home in my house I just might "go for it" , but I know already what the moderator thinks about that. It pleases me !
There are many different nationalities in Africa, South America and elsewhere in the world, but my employees (at least) must have same color, thoughts, religion and belief as I do. Thats my policy becouse I am The King in my company. The King sets the rules and others deploy my policy and conducts the work accordingly - or go out ! .
Africa is a part of the world that I have great fear for. Religion there in some parts is so different that it automatically causes friction among personnel if I had gone in that direction. So lets keep it simple and clean.
A clean and germ free enviroment is always an asset also to customers and they give it a great value.
That value will find itself a way to my wallet. And - thats nice !
There is a moderator on this page that has surely many counter ideas but I doubt that he can comment this - The Kings opinion. After all, we must have expierence and education in order to manage such discussion in an unrasist way. Rasism has been integrated in the Finnish people and the "Kings" policy will result in a "rasism free" enviroment in the company.

I have heard that racism is an old African line of thinKING, where the king and his servants are better race to build the nation and thus racial disrimination is natural selection to place people whre they fit in. Only the fools fail to serve the king and only a king knows better not to be served by fools, who have no respect for solid business, which is the life support of your toimeentulotuki or social welfare allowance. If the king takes culturally hostile and therefore unfit personel or lazy thieves to work in his company, it will result in financial setback that will harm the production of the king and thus we will have no one to pay social welfare, which is funded by taxpayers that are the real kings in any government system. If the kings are denied their freedom to operate as tehy want, we shall all be poor and needy like back home in your country. Only the weather shall be colder and darker to wear you down.
Due incompetent government officials making unprofitable investments in expensive unyielding prospects this country has suffered from severe economical budjet deficit. Money is ironically and bluntly FINNISHED. We are all now living of EU loans, that will not bring foreign revenues neither investments brought about by kings of companies. Thus social welfare has soon to be closed down or adjusted to sustainable EU-level. If educated people seek elsewhere, there is no one to pay the collapse of our economy, which is NOT helped by funding everyone seeking asylum or residing without a job, thus becoming a burden. Finland is a small country that does not have resources to feed all refugees with our living standards that are draining workforce.
Nationalism is not racism. Racism is when a person hates someone for the colour of their skin. Finland is so well educated and technically adated to these climate conditions, that we know better than to judge by skin colour. Any stranger who can not provide for himself is always a problem in a cold country like this. So Finland is not racist but poor and self preservatory few people in their quest to drive foreigners out. Finns have worked hard for our welfare for 100 years not to loose all the fruits of our labour to anyone and everyone.
Presently Finnish politicians are creating racial hatred by giving exess amounts of the taxpayeers money and accommodation to foreigners through Kela, while there are 8000 of local people are without homes because similar causes than refugees. Mostly hatred is fueled by many social welfare cuts, that have been made to budjets of elderly treatment and other social services for children and handicapped.
However history proves that the Russians will be taking over in Finland, there are allready 100.000 which means that the laws will eventually be rooted in strong nationalism of mother Russia as always. Whether you like it or not, we have a strong imperial neighbour in the east.

So this topic is to explain foreigners that we due to our politicins we are poor and getting poorer by the day, whence we dont need anymore poor people around here to make our life more miserable and poor.
Most probably foreigners are demanding higher amounts support harkinnanvarainen tuki from Kela and the ladies working in Kela are too scared to say no because of getting accused of racism. That is ridiculous, since racism is as normal as loving your own family more than others, is normal in the same way. So lets forget racism and concentrate on how make our living conditions to be more considerate towards others We Finns wish that everyone can be normal and love their own family and relatives more than someone elses, without being blamed for racism.

Unfortunately there are forces , like on this column , that wish to give the natural defend an other kind of hostile mark. There is a moderator that really puts our guts to try. Its poor policy and only increases the hatery towards our minority of foreign nationalities. Thats not good and the moderator should execute a much higher consideration when he provoke his own countrymen.
