Viihde - bandwidth plus more

Hi all, i have Elisa Viihde, and generally i'm happy with it, the box itself and the broadband speed.
however, as with Elisa there is always something, customer service sucks, but there are so many threads on that i won't start... ;-)

when i'm downloading something, or uploading our clubs games to it's members (strictly legitimate use of p2p), if someone is watching something that has been recorded from the box, it is slow / fast, loses sound and is basically unwatchable until the p2p program is stopped. then it is fine.. could this be to do with a lack of bandwidth, but on a 24/2 meg connection, you'd think bandwidth would be fine.

Any tips on solving that?

i upgraded my pc to Windows 7, i had my pc, laptop and Elisa digibox all connected and was able to watch stuff via the box from both pc's. now after 7, i get the message that Media PC Connect is not installed on any pc and nothing is found, but it finds 'Vuze on rugbyGear PC' (my desktop) but doesn't find any files from the public folder. Once it found something, but 10 minutes later it was gone.
I'm pretty sure i have folder sharing set in Windows 7 correctly.
Any help on that one?
