"It is, by any standards, an extraordinary choice. Under Hitler, Soviet prisoners of war who appeared Mongolian were singled out for execution. More recently, far-right groups in Europe have attacked Mongolian migrants."
Alfred Rosenbergin puhe "On Germany's international position" (Berlin Sportpalast, 30.11.1933): "If today white man strives in all the world for his validity, that is absolutely not a condemnation of other races. We understand when the Japanese and Chinese point back to their own great culture, and we do not at all think - in contrast to an arrogant age of the past - to cover these great peoples of the East with so called Europan cultural work. We believe that a Japanese Emperor would be right if as the Minister in Japan he would reject a mixing between Japanese and white men. Precisely in this way do we between claim that we cannot have Jewish Foreign Ministers [Walther Rathenau] who darer to write: "If the German Kaiser has won, the world history would have lost its meaning""
