I need your help
I am on Nutrilett diet for about 5 days and I weight myself tonight and it seems to me I put on a couple of houndred of grams:(. I did not eat anything else but Nutrilett but I drank tee in addition. I am over 35 years old, 160cm and 68kg, my BMI is 26 and I want to go back to normal. Please, help me explain why am I not loosing weight?

Hi,
you didn't say how long you've been on the diet already? Have you done the whole diet or are in the beginning of the diet? If you haven't finished the diet, wait until you have finished it and then weight yourself again.
But, in my oppinion, diets like Nutrilett do nothing for us! If you want to lose weight and the STAY in that weight, you won't be doing it with Nutrilett. Because after the diet when you go back to your normal eating habits, you get all the weight back - with extras!
I am losing weight at this very moment too. I am 170cm and 72kg. I have been losing weight for less then a week and already 2kg has gone off!
This is what I do:
- I drink water like all the time! 2-3 litres per day! It makes your digestion work faster and it flushes the body from metabolic wastes!
- I eat smaller portions of food (almost half the size I used to eat)
- I eat 4 times a day - no more, and no less! And when I eat, it's only healthy food!
- Every other day I go walking/running for 30 min-1 hour, and I also do sit ups every evening for 15 mins!
At the moment I'm eating a lot of vegetables, berries, low-fat milk products, fruits, oatmeal porrdge, rye bread, whole grain pasta, low-fat chicken and tuna.
WORKS!
And as I said - I've done this "diet" for less than a week and already 2kg off. :)
Forget the Nutrilett! :D- ......
And of course chocolate and candy and stuff like that are forbidden
- but, I have allowed a little portion of something good once a week! Because it's just nicer and a small portion of something good once a week doesn't do anything bad for you!

Well, I started the Nutrilett diat on 25th, so its almost 7 days ago. I have to tell you, it was hellish hard, because I like ruisleipä and tunafish:). I hate the Nutrilett products tastes and the fact that I cannot add milk to my tee makes me cry:(. However, today in the morning when I weight myself, it showed that I have lost 1,4kg. I could have lost more ´with this diat, though. I will try to eat normally on Saturday and take it easy. I am not a candy eater but I like to enjoy a glass of red wine every second day:). Í thought my fat is not that stubborn but it seems that it is. I am a student and have kids and family so even though my life is very active, I have not much time to go to gym:(.
You are lucky to be tall, so some extra kilos don't show on you:). As of me, I am short and every kilo showes my bu...t twice bigger:).

I've heard that a lot of people don't like the taste of Nutrilett products! And that is because it is just fake and it's not "food". It's just too industrial.
Ok so you've lost 1,4kg now! That's a good start indeed. Congrats! :)
I would suggest you to try the diet that I am on right now, try it for 2 weeks, and see the results! It really works. Cause those foods that I eat have very little calories and you can really eat those foods 4 times a day and you're just going to lose weight :) And when you add a little bit of exercise, it gets even better. I know you're busy with your family, so there isn't even a need to go to the gym - just take a walk and do sit-ups and squats at home in the evening! Take you partner with you, it's more fun! :) And hey -- you gotta drink less red wine! :D Alcohol has a lot of calories in it. Almost as much as there is in chocolate!
Take care there and LOTS OF LUCK to your weight loss project! Just believe in yourself and eat HEALTHY FOOD and drink a lot of water. :)

I was wondering if you have any specific foods that you eat or just whatever crosses your mind at the time, but though, healthy. Ofcourse I would like to try your diet. I know the wine will kill me but as am not a sweets lover, I could endulge myself sometimes:). I would like to keep in tough if you dont mind. Write whenever you feel like. I really miss someone to share my fear of being fat:(.
