No, jos piin arvoksi voidaan lakipykälällä määrätä 4, kuten jossain osavaltiossa on tehty, voidaan kai lakipykälällä päättää ettei Tennesseen osavaltiossa tapahdu evoluutiota :-)
Ei sentään neljä mutta kolmea on tarjottu ja likipitäen säädetty laiksi aikain saatossa.Mutta Tennesseen osavaltiossa ei nyttemmin tapahdu jumalatonta evoluutiota.
