Tunnettu ateisti Pasi Vähäkyrö (biologian maisteri) perehtyy kirjassaan
"Darwinin Jumalharha" (2009), evoluutiona tunnettuun salaliittoteoriaan.
Vähäkyrö arvostelee teoksessaan Darwinin ympärille kehittynyttä jumalkulttia,
Kuin myös evoluution tueksi tehtailtuja todisteita ja kehäpäätelmiä:
"We have never really observed so called 'speciation', only some subtle changes
in a certain species. Because of this, we have had to pack up 'evidence' for evolution
by calling similar looking species (e.g. in birds) as separated, or ringspecies."
Vähäkyrön mukaan evoluutio on ajatuksena niin naurettava, että jos se olisi
esitelty vasta viime vuosina, se tuskin olisi saavuttanut "tieteellistä" asemaa:
"Let's imagine for a moment that evolution as a theory was never introduced.
Then I suddenly tell you that I have undeniable evidence for man evolving
from apes. Evidence that we are nothing but a branch in a wild bush known
as the 'primeapes'... Would you believe me?"
Vähäkyrö kertoo, että alunperin evoluutio onnistui juurtumaan kansan pariin
tietämättömyyden takia. Koska tarpeeksi moni uskottava, ja karismaattinen,
"tiedemies" saatiin kauppaamaan evoluutioteoriaa, ihmiset omaksuivat ajatuksen
kehitysopista ilman kummempaa vastarintaa:
"From the very beginning evolutiontheory was nothing else than a marketing
scam. A little bit money to the right pockets made a huge impact, and thus
the 'commoneers' adapted this theory as a fact!"
Vähäkyrön mielestä evoluutioteoria ei nykyään saisi suosiota, sillä
Internet on mahdollistanut oikean tiedon jakamisen kaikille halukkaille:
"After the discovery of the Internet, it has become easier for a 'commoneer'
to access vast amounts of data. Because of this, people have starten to
think more and are now questioning evolution as a theory and a "fact". ---
Novadays evolutiontheory is only supported by talentless, but charismatic,
figures like Dawking. --- Future will be grim to this part of the pseudo-
science."
Vähäkyrö suosittelee, että kouluissa otettaisiin kreationismi evoluution rinnalle,
jotta lapset voisivat itse päättää mihin usko:
"There is definately no God, but we have to admit that there is something
greater behind this. Something we can not really understand. Therefore
we should teach our children to see the both sides of the coin so, they
can decide things for themselves."
Vähäkyrö käsittelee asiaa tarkemmin tulevassa kirjassaan "Possibility Born" (TBA).
Tässä teoksessa hän myös selittää muitakin syitä, miksi lapsille tulisi
tarjota mahdollisimman rehellistä ja suoraa tietoa pienestä pitäen: Kun lapsi

Hyvät naurut sain, kiitos. Vähän kyllä ihmettelen, miksi sitaatit ovat englantia.
Kovin tunnettu tämä "ateisti Pasi Vähäkyrö" ei ole, koska sen paremmin häntä kuin tuota kirjaakaan "Darwinin Jumalharha" ei ainakaan Google tunne :-)
Ja tuo TBA-kustantamokin on aika tuntematon :-)
Kylläpä löytyi nyt vastaansanomattoman arvovaltainen tutkija kretuhuuhaata puolustamaan: heppu jota ei edes ole olemassa!
Tällaisia siis ovat kretuhuuhaan kuolinkouristukset.
Avaajan nimimerkki ja kuva viittaavat kyllä ihan tervehenkiseen parodiaan, ainakin toivon niin :-)
