May work..may not work

Give a time for another. It is not easy if it means that You must think through your own shortcomings and face up things which You would not rather admit. Before your partner at least.

But more honesty You are willing to give out of yourself “publicly” = to Your partner so that he or she can follow Your thoughts.. also better You credit and better able You are to learn. More you care for another, more you set yourself free and less likely to bury the pain inside of yourself and to repeat the same mistakes.

Just in case ...Write it it for the paper (but do not send a letter, nor send letter only. If You send a letter promise to call in a next day and do it also). when you have things in a paper while you meet or first speak on the phone you can check it there and keep it together and not loose yourself to the difficult emotions of yourself nor emotional response

      Eiköhän tuo olisi sujunut paljon sutjakkaammin ihan suomen kielellä. Hädin tuskin ymmärrettävää tekstiä.

      Huh! Meinas tosiaan mennä aivot solmuun tota tekstiä lukiessa. Kuulosti välillä ihan Yodan englannilta: "better able you are to learn". Ei tässä nyt muutakaan tekemistä hetkeen ole, joten korjataanpa koko roska (tosin jotkut kohdat lähes käsittämättömiä, joten otan taiteellisen vapauden niissä). By the way: vaikka englannissa pronomini minä (I) kirjoitetaan isolla kirjaimella, ne muut kirjoitetaan pienellä.

      Give time for each other. It is not easy, if it means that you must think through your own shortcomings and face up things which you would rather not like to admit. At least not in front of your partner.

      It would be more honest if you showed your true self to your partner. Then he or she could understand your thoughts and trust you more. It would also help you to learn more about yourself. The more you care about a person, the more you set yourself free and the less you bury the pain of your old mistakes inside you. You will learn not to do the same mistakes again.

      To help yourself: Write a letter where you tell about your feelings. You don't have to send the letter to your partner, but if you want to do so, promise in the letter that you'll call him/her the next day (don't break your promise!). The next time you meet your partner or speak in the phone with him/her, keep the letter near you. If you get overwhelmed and don't remember what you wanted to say, just check the letter and you'll remember!
