I just do not understand why so less companies care about graduates and when I applied jobs, I was rejected either by no reply or by words "you have too less experience". I was just to be honest in the interview and in the test. Even some really small or not famous companies, they all want smart people or wise people to help them with lean methodology. I just so curious, who gave them the opportunity at the beginning?

You wouldn't be the first and the last one with that problem of finding a job. It's almost always the matter of who you know and if you happen to know someone who works for the company then you might just have a better chance.
Secondly language is always an issue here, regardless of the job itself. I'm only being realistic as i am a finn and have no language issues but finding a job seems to be really tough even for us!! Maybe i wasn't born in the right family :-)
