REGULATIONS of the 2nd stage of COMPETITION


1. Date, location and classes of the event:
1.1. Date and location: 18.04.2015, Estonia,
Holstre-Nõmme moto centre . (58o18´56.36´´N ; 25o40´12.07´´ E)
1.2. Classes: 50cc, 65 cc, and Baltic Sea Challenge Cup 85 cc, MX 2, MX OPEN.

3. Riders: 50cc , 65 cc, 85 cc, MX2 and MX OPEN with valid licenses of National Federation (further FMN).

4. Registration:
4.1. Online pre-registration http://www.msport.ee/events/mulgikross-baltimere-karika-ii-etapp/

4.2. Registration on venue on Saturday, 18.04.2015. from 7.00 – 9.00

5. Organization and general program of the competition:
5.1. Registration and technical control from 07.00 – 10.00;
5.2. Each qualification class may attend one practice with time control to qualify for the competition. Minimum duration of practice time is 15 min.
5.2.1. 50 cc free and qualifying practices with time control from 9.00.
5.2.2. For other classes free and qualifying practices with time control from 09.30.
5.3. Number of participants in each class - not more than 40 riders 2 reserve riders.
5.4. Riders are allowed to participate in 2 different classes on the same 2nd stage Competition of Baltci Sea Challenege Cup.
5.5. If in any class the number of not-qualified riders exceeds 10 participants, consolation heat is organized 15 min 2 laps. In classes MX2 and MX OPEN there will be combined consolation heat.
5.6. Riders briefing for all the classes except 50cc, is at 9.10 am at the starting gate.
5.7. In 50cc and 65 cc class there are 2 competition heats (12 min. 2 laps) and in other classes 3 competition heats:

6. Calculation of results:
6.1. Points are awarded according to the FIM / UEM regulations;
6.2. For those riders, who did not finish the competition, results are determined by ridden laps. In case of equal number of laps results are determined by higher position in this lap.

7. Teams results are calculated parallel with individual results. Team results are determined according to the following:
7.1. On each heat individual results are taken into consideration in classes 85cc, MX2 and MX OPEN. If rider races in two different classes, both results are taken into account.
7.2. Points for registered teams are calculated according to total of indivudal points. In Each heat points will be calculated accordingly: I place – 20 points, II place – 19 points, III place - 18 points etc.
7.3. If teams receive equal amount of points, individually higher positions will be considered. In case result are still equal, MX OPEN class result counts.

8. Financial information and awards
8.1 Pre-registering has to be done before 06.04.2015, then participation fee is 30 €. After 8.04.2014 no pre-registering is done, registering on 18.04.2015 on venue, participation fee is
€ 50.
8.2 Pre-registering has to be done before 06.04.2015 no participation fee for class 50 cc. After 8.04.2014 no pre-registering is done, registering on 18.04.2015 on venue, participation fee for class 50 cc is € 50.

8.3 Riders are awarded with financial awards in euros and a trophy based on the following:
8.3.1 All riders in class 50 cc according to final results are awarded with € 10 Final results (according to two heats) of 65cc class riders are awarded with a trophy and financial award in euros as follows:

In all three races together, winners will be awarded in the classes 85cc, MX2 and MX Open:
€ 100 for the 1st price, € 75 for the 2nd price, € 50 for the 3rd place.

NB! Prices are handed over personally on the pedestal! When the winner is absent from the award ceremony the organizers will be keeping the prize!

8.4 Baltic Sea Challenege Cup 2nd stage competition individual and team winners are awarded with trophies.
