I´ve been coming here from time to time now to read these messages and I have to say that I am terrified! Where is this hatered coming from? What have we foreigners done to these small minded, sorry little creatures who dare call themselves men? Can´t they go out, find women and be happy? Why is somebody elses happiness so hard to handle and her/his unhappiness such a bliss? What kind of life are these people living?
I am a Nigerian woman living in Finland. I have a Finnish boyfriend, hopefully my husband to be, and mostly I like and appreciate the Finns. Being a woman, I haven´t faced racism much but my elder brother, also living in Finland, has been having problems the day he set foot in this country. He has a wonderful Finnish girlfriend and he loves her dearly. This is obviously too much for many Finnish men to handle. Why am I allowed to be here, fall in love, marry, have children and be happy, but my brother isn´t? I know what many of my countrymen do around here and how they play with women etc. but this is the sorry minority of my people. Most of them are normal, honest people trying to live their lives and be happy. Why don´t we have a right to do that?
And for you people who are eager to finish reading this so that you can start insulting me. Please, do not bother. I have heard it all and then again some.

Että joku suomibimbo jaksaa mennä niin pitkälle että esiintyy nigerialaisena... Aika säälittävää. Oma veikkaukseni on Sissi-77.
kyllähän sen jo näkee että kirjottaja on puhunut toisena kielenään englantia varsin pitkän aikaa tai on tulkki,kääntäjä yms.mitä tiedät Sissi-77:n taustasta?et kai mitään että voisit vastata kysymykseeni.
Sepä se, parempaa englantia (suomalaisen kouluenglannin tasoa) kuin mitä nigerialaisilla yleensä. Sissin taustat: nigerialainen mies tämän siskot ja veljet asuvat myös Suomessa.
Myös, maailmasta, saatikka Suomesta, ei löydy YHTÄÄN nigerialaista naista, joka lähtisi puolustamaan tuolla kiihkolla suomalaisen naisen kunniaa. Älkää olko naiiveja. Varsinkin, kun Suomessa asuvat nigerialaiset naiset tietävät tasan tarkkaan minkälaisia suomalaiset naiset ovat tummien miesten suhteen. Tuskinpa lähtisivät päinvastaista väittämään...

Tulkki tai kääntäjä? :) Mitä vittua? Te ylitätte typeryydelle asetetut normit. Ei kukaan tulkki tai kääntäjä kirjoita väärin sanoja "apologize" tai "hatred".

Hieman katkeruutta havaittavissa :) Olette te hauskoja tyttöjä. Palstalla on puhuttu nigerialaisista miesystävistä ja nyt joku valopää keksii yhtäkkiä kirjoittaa haukkumakirjeen suomalaismiehistä ja puolustuspuheen nigerialaisista esitellen itsensä nigerialaiseksi naiseksi.
Miten muuten Sissi-77 liittyy tähän soppaan muuten kuin todennäköisenä aloituspuheenvuoron kirjoittajana, hänellähän on oma lehmä ojassa :) Miten yhden tietyn kirjoittajan taustat liittyvät tähän kirjoitukseen? Tarkoitat kenties, että Sissi on tähän mennessä esitellyt itsensä suomalaisena nigerialaiselle lapsen pyöräyttäneenä naisena, mutta hetkessä muuttuukin kielenkääntäjäksi, joka feikkaa olevansa nigerialainen? :)

Sissi-77 seems to be a nice lady, for what I have seen, but I am not her. Sorry.
My English is far from being perfect. Still, I have to point out that Nigerians in general speak very good English. We have to. It is ridiculous to compare it with 'kouluenglanti' in Finland. It is the only official language in a country with many tribes, languages and dialects. Education from primary school to University is in English. We have two different English languages and an educated Nigerian speaks both fluently. Even all the uneducated Naijas speak English but that language is very different from the original British English. We call it the African English, Broken English or Pidgin English. That is the language that we use with people from other African tribes or countries. If that is the English you have heard us speaking I really can´t blame you for thinking it´s odd.
I didn´t write to defend the honorable Finnish women even if I could have done so. I am defending every human being´s right to live their own lives the way the choose. There are all kinds of women here and most of them are good women. But African women they are not, and never will be. Some of them have that pride in them and those are the ones that can get along with our men, not the ones who have no shame. And that very often is the biggest problem between our men and your women. A Nigerian man is taught to appreciate a woman that is hard to get, when the Finns think that the more you give the more you will be appreciated. That just doesn´t work.

The reason is that that peoples who are weak and jealous, always will find someone's who are lonely, differend or foreing people.
Not only in Finland..
Weak people can not tease woman because if he does so, someone will beat him.
So he takes male who is different and easy to tease.
I feels the reason is not racism exactly, only the weaknes of teaser is changing to cruelty when weak people find the change to be stronger than someone who he normally scared when he is alone.
Unfortunately the patient part is mostly foreing people or other minority. But that is global trouble not only in Finland.
What we can do for that is to pray God to make us better humans and be stronger. When we see that someone is in trouble it is in our weakness if we are not going to help that one who is in troubles.
The reason why most of us will not help fellowman's is not hastyness, or nothing but weakness.
It is not easy to write with strange language when thoughts are muddy for tiredness but anyway I hope your broher gets better and someday there is no troubles between humans in Finland and in whole world because someone belongs to somekind of minority.
One thing I would like to ask for you: Please give me straight answer, If I as a Finnish white male go to your country and fall in love with some girl whose religions got different faith and culture than I got and we get married, how you think that her family or peoples by near of her would act with me or with us?
I suppose that living would not be so easy where ever that would happened, but what I would do if I would be in situation like that: 1st pray, 2nd love, 3td humour, 4th as long as I breath I would find peoples around who needs me and whose I need to love and to have fun and to help each others.

Important is sence of humour that we stay in ratio.
Humour is always the best medicine, unfortunately that is sometimes hided so strong that we lost it. But when we find it we can keep going as long as we live.

If you make a mistake and for example write suomi with c does it mean that you don´t know how it should be written? Or maybe it means that you are just pretending to be a Finn? People make mistakes. It´s human, you know.
Se on kirjoitusvirhe, Sissi. Ei mikään lyöntivirhe. Aivan turhia selityksiä tuollaiset. "Tiedän kyllä kuinka se kirjoitetaan, mutta silti löin g-kirjaimen näppäimistön toiselta laidalta sen tilalle" :D Keskustelunaloituksessakin sorruit jo moneen perusvirheeseen.
Suomalaisilla on paha taipumus sekoittaa juuri tuo g-kirjain c:n ja q:n kanssa. Kesällä järjestettiin Helsingissä jopa Grazy Days Rock -tapahtuma, jonka nimessä tuo G-kirjaimen väärinkäyttö oltiin tuotu korostetusti esille.
Suomi-vertauksesi ontuu kohtuullisen pahasti, koska puhuimme englannin kielestä ja c-kirjain on suomen kielessä muutenkin harvinainen.

The Muslims of Nigeria would rather see a white man marry their women than give them to a fellow Nigerian if he happens to be a Christian. The Muslims have no respect for the people of other tribes. That is the sorry situation there. Prejudism is everywhere. That is not the issue. It is wrong wherever it occurs.
When it comes to Christians and their capability of marrying 'outsiders' the situation is the same than in Finland. Meaning that it depends on the family, their background, education, level of intelligence and on how traditional the people are. Most families are happy to see their daughters safe and in good (meaning rich) hands. And most of them still think that as long as you come from Europe you are loaded with money.
In most cases dating, the way the Finns do it at least, is out of the question anyway. It doesn´t matter where the guy comes from because a good Nigerian girl doesn´t run around with men. If she does she is not marriage material so the guys don´t care who she gives audience to. Most of the non-muslims are catholics and live according to the rules of the religion.
Dear Adanna,
There are two basic reasons to our behaviour.
1. Those immigrants, who do not respect our legislation and social rules.
2. Those Finns, who desperately try to understand these criminal foreigners and try to integrate them to our society. They don´t see the reality, that this mission is impossible and that we cannot afford any more criminal people in this country. We have so many criminals amoung our own people.
This is why also the well behaving immigrants can see racism in our country. I´m sorry.
