Location: Tallinn, Estonia.
Coolbet is expanding its Customer Service team and is planning to hire a new Customer Service Representative, who is fluent in Swedish. Being able to communicate in Finnish is an advantage.
The Customer Service Representative will work with our Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Estonian customers.
DAILY TASKS INCLUDE:
• Assisting our customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Translating shorter texts for campaigns and newsletters.
• Working closely with other departments and providing insight into customer queries.
REQUIREMENTS
• Service minded and positive attitude.
• Customer service related experience is a big plus.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbal and written.
• Interest in sports and/or casino is positive.
• Experience in the industry is favorable.
• Ability to work in shifts.
