madame Butterfly RMB:n mixaamana on ihan näppärä, onnistunut kappale. En tiedä, onko se trancea, mutta se on hyvä kappale. Piruako sitä rajoista välittämään.... :)
Levy nimeltään Pieces in a Modern Style.
Tässä levyarvostelu jonka löysin:
The mainstream has heard about William Orbit, the ambient-house pioneer and highly sought-after producer-remixer, through his work on Madonna's Grammy Award-winning album, Ray Of Light.
As I write this, the dynamic duo are back at it again in a London studio working on Madonna's followup album, which is expected sometime this summer. Orbit's also producing the new All Saints record (maybe you've heard the first single, Pure Shores from The Beach soundtrack?) and has previously overseen work by Brit acts Blur and Mel C (Sporty Spice).
In the meantime, he's just released his latest collection, a sublimely soothing, interpretive album of classic music that manages to mesmerize the listener without straying too far, in most cases -- from the original pieces.
The highlights are Barber's Adagio For Strings -- the first single and already a Top 5 U.K. single -- Ravel's Pavane Pour Un Infant Defunte, Beethoven's Triple Concerto, Handel's Xerxes, and Gorecki's Piece In The Old Style I And II, and Beethoven's Opus 132.
All are refreshing, yet gentle, renditions.
More sinister sounding and trippy is John Cage's In A Landscape and Erik Satie's Odive. Orbit's watery, liquid take on Pietro Mascagni's Cavalleria Rusticana and Antonio Vivaldi's L'Inverno are likely a love-or-hate proposition.
In a stress-filled world, this collection is the aural equivalent of a sweetly-scented bubble bath and a glass of wine.
Come to think of it, all three would fit pretty nicely together.
I'm willing to bet this ends up on the CD players of massage therapists everywhere.
