Sama ongelma, latasin taas uuden version 3.22
ja se toimii, 3.20 ei enää minulla toiminut

mulla ihan sama homma. ekalla kertaa biisien imutus onnistu, mut nyt ei, sama vika. nyyh.

..Mix te käytätte noin vaikeita imuohjelmia jos teillä on niin paljon ongelmia niiden kanssa..Tota listaa kun selaa, niin huomaa, että joka toisella on melkein jotain ongelmaa imuohjelmien kanssa. Mä olen ainakin kazaan tyytyväinen käyttäjä ja koska se on yksinkertainen, niin on sitä myös helppo käyttää..
Ja joku väitti ettei kazaasta löydy kunnolla musiikkia (kotimaista),pöh..Ja kyllä varmasti löytää kun osaa etsiä.Esim search:ssa on niin monta eri vaihtoehtoa etsiä(search,title,artist.Ja tietenkin filtterit kohdalleen..)kannattaa Kokeillla eri vaihtoehtoja.Mä olen löytänyt kazaan kautta sen minkä olen tarvinnutkin vaikka musamakuni onkin laidasta laitaan..Ei muuta kuin maltilla ja kärsivällisyydellä kannattaa etsiä..Minun mielestä tämä ohjelma on yksinkertainen myös aloittelijoille..Kaikenlaisia imuohjelmia olen kokeillut ja pitänytkin koneella ja silti olen kazaasta saanut sen ensimmäisenä minkä nyt olen tarvinnutkin..Laittakaa ihmeessä omia kokemuksia imuohjelmista...

Siinä että kun winMX:n vammaset työntekijät tekee kokoajan uutta versiota ohjelmasta(jostain ihme syystä)niin vanhemilla versioilla ei enää saa yhteyttä(sekin jostain ihme syystä).WinMX:hän kyllä aina ilmoittaa kun uusi versio on tullut.Eli lataa aina tuorein versio tai vaihda ohjelmaa esim.Blubster , Kazaa jne..

Eli Recording Industry of America. Näin kävi muutama päivä sitten Audiogalaxylle. Tekijänoikeusrikkomusten vuoksi sieltä ei enää saanut kopioitua musiikkia, oikeudenkäynti on edessä myöhemmin. Jospa WinMX koki saman kohtalon. Mikäli näin ei ole vielä, on se vain ajan kysymys...

NEW YORK, July 4, 2003 – The Internet, a global
network of computers used by millions worldwide that has
facilitated and encouraged the unauthorized trading of
millions of copyrighted songs, was taken to court today by
songwriters, music publishers, and the recording industry for
wholesale copyright infringement.
The lawsuit was filed in federal court in New York on Friday
by the Recording Industry of America (RIAA), on behalf of its
member labels, and the National Music Publishers Association,
Inc. (NMPA), on behalf of the music publisher principals of
its licensing affiliate, The Harry Fox Agency, Inc. and their
thousands of songwriter partners. The complaint specifically
accuses The Internet of "willfully and intentionally"
encouraging and facilitating "millions of individual,
anonymous users to copy and distribute infringing copyrighted
works by the millions, if not billions."
“Billions is exactly what we’re talking about here.”
Said an executive member of the RIAA in a private
interview. “We’re losing a fortune because of these “peer to
peer” programs. I mean, some of us can hardly keep our kids
driving new Bentleys these days. Oh and it’s hurting the
artists too, we’ve had to really cut their royalties just to
keep our summer homes. We really lost our shirts going after
Napster and Audiogalaxy in the past few years. Despite our
best efforts these underground file-sharing programs kept
springing up. So we came to the conclusion that we had to
strike at the root of the problem. We’re suing just about
everyone. Companies like AOL had better be ready for our
lawyers. Their “Internet Access” is just a clever term for
Stealing Access. We don’t intend to allow them to continue
letting pirates connect to their underground theft network.”
He continued to outline the depth of the suit, “Don’t
think that we didn’t learn from our mistakes. Just because
you shut down the big dog doesn’t mean the little ones will go
away. We know that as long as there are computers, people
will use them to steal music from us. We’re currently in the
process of compiling a list of everyone in the world who owns
a computer so we can bring up charges against them as well.
To our critics who claim this is all about money I’d like to
point out right now that this crusade is about far more than
money. It’s about everything we hold dear as Americans, about
Democracy itself! Don’t think we don’t know what you’re up
to! Communism! That’s right, doesn’t the similarity strike
you as odd? Computer, Communism, Communism, Computer. That’s
right, they’re the work of a red conspiracy to destroy the
greatest bastion of American Capitalism, The Music Industry!”
The RIAA also plans to use technology to protect
itself from pirates. “While we were cooking this whole thing
up the topic of broadcast was mentioned. As you know, when
you play a song on the radio, you’re required to pay a royalty
to the artist. In the past, most stations have been pretty
good about that but a smart member of our legal team pointed
out something we’d been missing over all these years. Home
exhibition of our music has never been monitored. You could
go out and pick up a copy of Britney’s newest album legally.
But when you go home and play it, what’s to stop your friends
from coming over and listening to it with you for free? So
we’ve got our people in the lab working on an array of new
ideas to prevent this rampant abuse of our product. Single
decoders that fit in the consumer’s ear to allow them and them
alone to be able to listen to their CD. There would be a five
dollar markup but you have the pirates to thank for that.
We’re also working on heat sensing devices to be installed
into CD players to detect the number of people in the room at
the time. We’ve been meshing out a way to auto bill for
additional listeners.”

The RIAA is also pushing for tough legislation to be passed to
help it defend its rights. Some of the provisions include:

1. The ability for RIAA personal to make suprise inspections
of private homes for music theft instruments and or copied
media.
2. A ban on all media copying devices, including but not
limited to CD-R burners, cassette recorders, and anything that
even mentions MP3s.
3. Mandatory jail terms of 5 years and fines starting at
$50,000 for anyone convicted of possession of pirated music.
4. Mandatory “Copyright Law” classes in all high schools to
educate the masses on the consequences of stealing music.

“Sadly all this costs money. As long as we have to develop
new protection
technologies, finance campaigns (did I say that outloud?), and
fight long lawsuits one of the results is hurting the honest
consumer and the artists. We just can’t afford to pay the 7%
royalties of yesteryear and the days of the 25 dollar CD are
only a fond memory. But rest assured we will continue to
bring you innovative young artists like Britney and N’Sync as
well as new compilations for your collection like “Led
Zepplin’s Greatest Hits volume 20” and newly re-mastered
unreleased material like, “John and Yoko Talking About Dinner”
and just discovered tracks of Tupac sleeping in the studio.
We thank legitimate consumers everywhere for their continued
business.”
