hmmm

Moi! Kirjoittan englanniksi. I never thought that this thing is possible in Finland. I am married woman, my husband lives and me live in Helsinki. I never thought that this is possible but it is... I found out recently that he has second wife... And she is Finnish. She totally accepts the situation. We both have children from him. Mine is 6, hers is 3.... Also he has a lover, russian girl, over 4 years now... I dont know what I am supposed to do. We are married officially. In front of Finnish law. But he lives with Finn, for more than 2 years now.. Actually he lives in here and there.. She is ok with that, how come? Woman with high education, working in big company, 34 years old... Accepts this.
Where should I go, what should I do, I have no idea.

Then it's not illegal. You may divorce him, of course. Maybe you should see a lawyer, so you won't get screwed up?

his permission. If Finland you don't even need to state your reason for wanting and getting a divorce. Either one of you can file for a divorce. You should contact your local Oikeusaputoimisto and make an appointment. They will give you free legal advice and explain what you have to do and how the process goes.
