Palasin itse n5v kestäneeltä työskentelyltä keskieuroopasta,syynä vain
se ,että sain unelmapaikan haluamallani palkalla ja nyt näyttää hyvältä!
se,että valinta kohdistui minuun,yhtenä pääsyynä pidän,että minulla oli
osoittaa ulkomaankokemusta omaavia työpaikkoja ja englanninkielen
sujuvaa käyttöä.
kun tein hyvästelykierrosta tapaamieni ihmisten joukossa,minulle
annettiin tiedoksi,josko suomesta löytyisi tuttuja ihmisiä,hyviä ja
ammattitaitoisia työskentelemään Brittiensaarten suurimmalla alkavalla
rakennustyömaalla. kriteereiksi sanottiin kilen hallinta ja jokin
rakennuspuolen koulu käytynä.
laitan tähän meilin kokonaisuudessaan,jonka tutun firman kautta minulle
laittoivat. samat paikat ovat myös auki työkkärin sivuilla,mutta suoraan
hakemalla ohittaa välikäsiä...sekin voi auttaa.

Information North Star - Laing O?Rourke T5 programme London Heathrow
Welcome to the T5 programme!
The beginning of building a new terminal at the airport of Heathrow has
started. This Programme is called T5 (T for Terminal). The T5 programme
is a rare opportunity to bring together large numbers of people from
many industries and with many different skills into one large
construction team.
The construction programme that you are joining is one of the largest
and most complex for some time in the UK and we hope you will enjoy
being part of this exiting development.
We are determined to ensure that the programme?s success will be as much
about the value and recognition give to everyone who helped to
contribute and achieve the final outcome, as about the facility we are
creating.
T-5 has to be finished by 2006 and it takes about 5000 employees to
build T5. Laing O?Rourke is the main construction company to build T5.
As it is very difficult at this moment in England to find skilled
employees, Laing O?Rourke hired Northstar to recruit and select 500
skilled people before the end of this year.
Who are we looking for ?
· 250 Concrete / Shuttering Carpenters (Betontimmerman)
· 250 Steelfixers (Yzervlechters)
Requirements;
· Preferably speak the English language
· Experience in the specific job
· Prove of good conduct
· Trade diplomas
· References
· Available as soon as possible
· Willing to work en live in England
Working conditions;
· Selected candidates will get a permanent contract with Laing O?Rourke
with a probation time of 28 days
· Employees have to take care of their own transport to England
· Housing; Employees can hire a room/bed provided by Northstar for a
maximum period of 3 weeks. In this period they will have to find housing
themselves; the liaison officers form Northstar will support them by
finding housing; but in the end it?s the employee?s own responsibility
to find and pay for housing.
· After arrival in England the liaison officer will guide the employees
the first 3 days in order to arrange tax-number, bank number, authorize
them for access on site, arrange the contract with Laing O?Rourke etc.
Employees therefore will start working approximately 3 days after
arrival.
· Employees will be working on a 48 hour based week. Monday to Thursday
from 7:00 A.M. till 6:00 P.M. and on Friday form 7:00 A.M. till 4:00
P.M.
· Salary will be paid weekly.
· Salary; Carpenters as well as the Steelfixers will earn totally £
743,62 (approximately € 1025,-) per week before tax. This amount
includes shift payment.
· Transport; For the T-5 project free transport is arranged in the area
around the airport.

Onkohan tuonne periaatteessa mahdotonta päästä jos ei ole ammattitutkintoa alalta?
minulle tulleessa meilissä tämä yhteyshenkilö kertoi,rttä kun "vähintään vuoden kokemus" betonihommista tai rautarakentamisen (steelfixer),niin silloin voi hakea....muuta en tiedä
