It is not secret that the Supo`s ability to take action has been paralyzed long time, which is confirmed by the foreign and observers. What has happened ?
The rumor has it that Supo got into the secret psychological test by one of the certain biggest foreign secret service - That the Supo was just a suitable guinea pig in the stage of leadership change.
The observers of intelligence world are aware that the certain eastern Intelligence service, at least, has invested for decades in research relating to psychological and paranormal phenomena with a huge budget.
