NEW weapon of Intelligence ?

The observers of intelligence world are wondering at what did strike the leadership of the Finnish security police, Supo ?
It is known that the head of the Supo suffered a long period from odd mental disorders and finally lost his senses which forced him to resign last year.
His successor was also considered to be one of the old deputy chiefs; he was taken ill too with strange mental disorders and he is now unable to work. It is not secret that the Supo`s ability to take action has been paralyzed long time, which is confirmed by the foreign and observers. What has happened ?

The rumor has it that Supo got into the secret psychological test by one of the certain biggest foreign secret service - That the Supo was just a suitable guinea pig in the stage of leadership change.
The observers of intelligence world are aware that the certain eastern Intelligence service, at least, has invested for decades in research relating to psychological and paranormal phenomena with a huge budget. We can only ask how does this technology of mind function, how the poison is infiltrated to the minds of the possible enemies of this secret service ?

Perhaps the first guinea pig, as it is said, the Finnish security police has a suspicion of that. At any case the human mind is an explored area, at least in the West.
