Yes I know, I have my own profile on 'aupair world' but it's blocked :/ 'cos I made mistake uploading photo with my email address...
That's why I'm looking for any other way to contact that family...

Create another account? And if you need another email address for that, then you just create another email account as well. I think that might be the only way to do it =/

Believe me - I tried! I created new account with another email address, and they blocked it. I created next - they blocked again without any warning... :/ I wrote to them asking why they do that (not saying that that first account was also mine).
But they know it's the same person, I think because of the personal data...
Only way to unblock my account is to pay 'premium membership', but I don't wanna waste money for 12months membership that I don't need for so long time... ;/

So I'm asking here does anyone know that family...

Yeah, it could be from the personal data or your IP address, if you used your own computer.

I'm not familiar with the site at all, so how do you contact them? If you're logged on, does it display their phone number or email address? Or is there a form you fill and submit through the page itself? Because if there's a phone number to use, or email address, you could ask a friend to create an account and get the info for you (or even create a false account yourself from some other computer). If you have to fill in a form on their page, then it's a lot trickier...
