Gibson made model years 1955 – 1969, after which its production is limited. Gibson Byrdland was once a popular jazz and country guitar players alike. The popular English jazz guitar player John McLaughlin and the prestigious American rock icon Ted Nugent are also played Gibson Byrdland.
