Friends remember Elton; This one night me and Elton were having an AT-men's night out in town and became quite intoxicated. I was enjoying myself and it appeared that Elton was doing OK too. He did look drowsy yet it was the best shape I had seen him in his life. He was resting his arms on the table with his hands caressing his forearms as if to lull himself into thinking that it was someone else petting his being. When he got up, I could see slight hints of separation between the muscles of his upper arms as he left the table for the karaoke stand. People were relatively oblivious to his singing and I cannot seem to remember the song but it was a memorable moment nonetheless. I miss you Elton.

Friends remember Elton; "He was a hard worker. On some days he was not the most pleasant person to be around with and I think it had to do with his health issues, some of which we are only now beginning to grasp. Lower as his level might have been in this world, I'm glad to know he's looking down at us from heaven now. When I come back to my stuffy apartment after a difficult day at work, his former existence in this life helps me remember that I was not the first one succeed in a task of that nature and it gives me strength to go on with it. I hope one day we'll be united."
