Hi,
We are a four member family from Vantaa (Helsinki region). We are looking for a female au pair to take care of our two children, Lisa (3 years) and Linus (1,5 years). Au pair is needed for one year starting in July or August.
Mother of our family is a student at the university of Helsinki (international politics) and also working part time at the airport check-in as the father works as a co-pilot for an airline. The working hours for the au pair would be also irregular as they are for the parents, but not more than six hours at the time and you would always know your schedule three weeks in advance. And the focus of your work would be on the children, not so much on house work.
We will give you an excellent chance to explore the country, learn the language and have a wonderful year abroad. Irregular working hours will give you free time also during the office hours, so you can explore some other stuff as well, say courses and sports and so on..(we have good bus connections to Helsinki and a library and a shopping mall just five minutes away).
We are looking for a child focused person so that you will find also the time with the children enjoyable and unforgettable. We offer 300 Euros monthly spending money and a GSM phone to use.
