In the southern half of the Volga, Urals and the south-west of the Siberian federal district average for the period is expected above-normal temperatures, but in January in these regions are predicted negative thermal anomalies. The average temperature during the heating period 2011-2012 GG in Russia is expected to close prior to the mean temperature of the heating period.
It should be noted that the accuracy of forecasts for temperature control during hot periods, issued hydrometeorological center of Russia, over the past 15 years ranged between 58 - 81%."

"meteoriittejen" höpinöitä taas varmaan... tuo kun veljien kanssa että kun keskusteltiin noista ENNUSTUKSISTA, että, joku "meteoriitti" taas yrittää ennustaa.
Meteoriitit ennustavat aina kyllä.
