Both are correct.
You can buy that book at/in Kelly's book store.
- You go into the store and buy the book.
You can buy that book from Kelly's book store.
- You buy the book online / on the internet.
Good point. In the latter case it is the same as "order from".
(Of course you could order something at a store, but this means you'd be placing the order being in the store yourself.)
But do remember that in English (and in all the other languages I know with the exception of Finnish) you buy "jossain". If you're at a store, you buy what you buy AT the store. (Maybe 'in a store' is possible, but this denotes the place, i.e. being physically inside the store whereas 'at a store' means the commercial institution (less concretely).
I think it's C. "I bought Keskikalja från Kapakka, said Finnish man"
"Ja köpte keskikalja från kapakka", said Swedish-speaking Finn.
