My solution as follows:
Call the number of points that the 1st team gets as A
The number of points that the 2nd team gets as B
The number of points that the 3rd team gets as C

So: A B C D = 24 and 12 ≤ A,B,C,D ≤ 0 and A, B, C, D ∈ N*.
