My 19-year-old daughter is studying now for her final school exams. She could really use some after-school help with her maths (short). Just to go through her class/homework once a week.
I can pay 200€ for 10 lessons of 45mins. It would be in Finnish language, not English!

10*45 min = 450 min -> 450 min/60 min = 7,5 h -> 200 €/7,5 h = 26,67 €/h

"her final school exams"? Suomessa ei ole "final schoolia". Meillä on alakoulu, yläkoulu, lukio, ammattiopisto, ammattikorkeakoulu ja yliopisto. Näille kaikille varmaa löytyy vastinen englannin kielessä. Vastine ie kuitenkaan ole tarpeen kun kuitenkin Suomessa ollaan. Tämäkin tuli ilmaiseksi.
Ikä on 19, eli hän voisi olla lukiossa tai ammattioppilaitoksessa. Edelleen ilmaista.
Nyt on enemmän faktoja tiedossa. Mistä siis on tarkemmin kysymys?

No nyt ymmärrän miksi et itse opeta perusmatematiikkaa (19 vuotias ei vielä muuta opiskele) tyttärellesi. McDonaldissa et varmaan matematiikkaa paljoa tarvitse. Jäikö koulut käymättä?
Hieman aiheesta poiketen: itse opiskelin jo 19-vuotiaani yliopistomatikkaa (topologiaa, abstraktia algebraa jne.)
Sietääkin alottaa ajoissa. Peruskäsitteet ei edes ole mitään vaikeita. Muutenkin huomattavasti vapaampaa ja antoisampaa kuin ylppäreihin tähtäävä lukiomatematiikka.
