"The Theory of Asynchronic Impulse" is actually the subchapter in the main work named "The Theory of a Natural Energies" (TONE)

To describe in a most simple fashion the first principle, the axiom of the theory I use next

NE=NT

Meaning that NT=Natural Energies is detectable by finding the sequantility (time, cy-cles) of a Natural Time (NT)

Natural Time (NT) is differentiated from our UTC while it has already proven by many scientist who have tried to reveal the secrets of the natural catastrophe may have forgot-ten the perspective that Mother Nature may not be ticking together with UTC at all.
While this is not of course meant to be as an insult, it attempts to describe that discover-ing new things, it might be better leave everything which is old, in this case even your wristwatch.

Part 2. Getting into the 21st Century

Starting from very simple thoughts TONE assumes, while categorising things are artifi-cial and in strict terms

judgement, however to experimental purposes I have regard that there is some strong and Blue Cycles which increases the unlikelihood of Tornadoes to appear. This is why re-garding tornadoes I have cautiously suggested this to be perhaps a "safe cycle", which when verified in practise may be grow to be trustworthy enough to later years to an-nounce to public, to individuals, perhaps to share a calendar in the www-site. However every one´s should understood that this is a future ideal and from the present perspective
for the safety of the people it must be taken the attitude that there is no EWTAS as long as it is safely tested in practise as well.

take safe and cover and evacuate with more thought fullness well in advance. At least this is the promise the EWTAS does.

While all such information is based on strict empiric and carefully checked findings per-haps such an ideal may be reached.
Perhaps it may in later years to be that such an almanac can be practical as well and the heightened alarm periods are within the reasonable and practical confidence intervals, such as two hours or even less. Speaking minute schedules to public at the point of de-veloping the concept would be irresponsible but for the scientist it may be said that per-haps the minute schedule could be reached within some years.

I hope that every private person can learn and personally assess that expecting something else sooner would be unreasonable, while so far this is introducing the possibility not the tested and accepted consumer product.
So of course this is not a candy box just opened, EWTAS means years and years of de-veloping and progress might be slower than expected also the haunted tornadoes. How-ever somewhere You must start and EWTAS and TONE I regard to be good possibility to begin with experimenting and researching new possibilities within mind the more safe and stable life, while the most important
work is to organise the life surroundings as safely as possible.


Part 3 General Theory proven

While the TONE is a general theory, how would You think General Theory can be proven?

You probably might laugh on my studies but let me explain that if You want to prove the something very general will work
do not You think that it might be tested even in ways which might find to be amusing?

So let me tell You that while I regard the Hurricane and Tornado studies to be the best in quality because the subject so serious
needs many check ups and high quality and trustworthiness. Regarding tornadoes and Hurricanes I did manual check ups due every observation through 3 or 4 times. Do You think there is a university which would be as careful as an private individual who wishes to maintain his reputation? If I fail will You buy any product from me?
I guess not. I believe 100% that I am right. In my private thoughts I even know that I am right. It is an envision which would be very clear if anyone would have studied the sub-ject and as many years I have.

What else do I have than two studies of climate phenomenon's? Observations from earthquakes and volcanoes I can not
prove that I would have used in these lesser studies statistical tests. Also Tsunamis are somewhat impossible to compare to other tsunamis while they are so rare.

However I spent about 3 or 4 days analysing the Tsunami of 26th December 2004, which was the day I realised that
I should speed up with publishing because I realised the natural catastrophes suddenly became to the awareness of everyone
in the world. In that time I had already done my empirics and was constructing the theory based on the empiric.

Tsunami of 26th December 2004 I only could refer to other material and to the pieces of the puzzle of other findings
scientifically it is not a pleasant object to study a one phenomenon but I have a personal understanding and the
theory even beyond this specific tsunami. If You are a rational person and feet well in the ground You ask how could I logic that out. This I can say I only use tools which is al-ready familiar. By this we come to the contextuality /ecology of the theory of a natural energies. (please jump on the Chapter 4 if You like to proceed quicker to get idea of my theory)

Other studies I have done with human anatomy: among other studying the form (F)* I have measured the height from the over 400
adult women and done statistical validation showing the favourability the TONE to be general theory. As well while everyone understands the next attempt is more challenging and would need laboratory and even in laboratory You would never achieve perfect sci-entific correctness while measuring the sequantiality from the humans one should meas-ure at the exact moment when the human would be at the same age as the other human to be compared to get . For this I just wish to encourage that science is actually only getting knowledge and there is no perfect knowledge nor science reachable with reasonable costs. So to study at home is not so bad thing at least thinking about the scientific princi-ples. So the next study was done by categorising but if one can differentiate a blue from red and round from square you might call that there is no question about to be right to differentiate a simple things from others.
So I studied of 400 adult woman the form of their chin, while the chin (as well as height) is hardly the one underwent to plastic surgery. (moreover the theory does not even mind one would have gone the plastic surgery while the artificial is as true
from its sequences as is the original, regarding what it comes to verifying this theory)

Also as I like art I started to wonder how colours(C) would take their place in nature. To study in specified circumstances

Not only being artistically en-chanted on my finding I was surprised I got results which maked the difference. I think one could study this within a real life or in laboratory with a spectrometer and trying to observe that colour sizes of the specified location, the space (S) and manipulate by changing different colours as soon as possible. I would bet the sequentiality would cross to the Red Cycle equivalent and the result would the same according NE=NT.

With mass(M) I refer not to the classical physics but rather to something which everyone could understand. At least I myself refer the linguistic idea of mass to the weight of an item. That is what I refer with mass in the expanded axiom*. The weight of the things
I have not regarded t be measured as where to find real constants to have long enough periods with assumed constant weight?
Perhaps You find if You like learning.

Part 4 Reaching out for new

*expanded axiom: NE=NT=ExO=Ma=CFM/S

Contains the capacity to predict the specified location, the space (S) where the materia (Ma) expresses within the possibilities which energies are able to bend at each time; (Ex-pressional Options ExO).

The Space (S) is a three dimensional and detectable by coordinates to the microcosmic levels up to atoms and beyond.
Naturally the space is not hence the cubic but it is the content space what it is outlined by the forms(F) for example a human.
Precise space definition attempts in future to being able to separate in for example the pen on the table. The pen - space (S) is different from the table-space which means more precise GRPS or equivalent knowledge.

Like already mentioned C=Colour, F=Form and M=Mass are the essence of any unit or phenomenon and while the essence is to make an access to everyone to learn and later write a version to the kids and adults I think it is appropriate to start using
understanding terms in the science so that learning is possible.

ExO=Expressional Options refers to the possibilities of the events to occur within the given sequentiality (or cycles, impulses, time..)
In this phase of the developing the theory ExO is assumed to be infinite or practically from the perspective of human to be infinite. However the group of the energy can be detect and identify. Working with ExO makes the knowledge transferable and under-stood able to a us humans.


Part 5. Editing the infinite

ExO depicts in itself the union or group of possible events from the perspective of unit or phenomenon (human, animal, plant, or non-organic nature) without the opposing as well as supporting forces of the environment.

Presently to suggest and discover few or less practical most likelihood alternatives, which in at present knowledge always stay
open and alternative from reasons only that whole circumstantial environment (CE), which is built from several Spaces(S) consists of units and phenomenons locating in specified area, is presently impossible to be measured by sequantiality.

This fairy tale sounding thing is actually what "The theory of A Natural Energies" as-sumes (please refer also chapter 7).


Part 6. Going to a creative

In addition even that would not be enough. From the Human perspective we are unable to sense all energies in a way
we could identify and detect them with intellectually nor the present scientific equip-ments. The NE markings in the axiom
necessitates that the = markings is possible when all the natural energy is detected and understood and also it has equivalent frameworks to be detected by NT.

This means that presently we can accumulate and discover new and reach scientific breakthroughs only
attempting to measure the invisible.

How would You personally measure the unknown?

Is there some already developed vehicles? Or a traditional thought?

Do You think that a by using compass or a clock You can discover something which
is invisible perhaps due to the reason that with traditional technics it is impossible to hear, see, touch, smell
or understand it is impossible to identify?

How to let your mind free and make own discoveries? What signals to trust?
How would be nice walk in the forest
or along the beachside? Is that a safe tradition without a traditions? An infinite?


Part 5. What mission impossible may bring?


Theory of A Natural Energy" further assumes that ExO can be edited from an infinites
to single expression (Ex) by calculating the opposing and supporting forces which re-duces our thinking, ideas
and gets us to the decision making and actions.

NE=NT=ExO->Ex(ExO/Exere-CoUP)=Ma=CFM/S

Naturally this is a simply futuristic goal, however it has been able to calculate on the sur-veys
which regards the situation which has a restricted intentions. This mean Ideal Expres-sions relating to for example movies
and photographs. First they are already past issues, next these circumstances are fairly controllable.
Let imagine the variation of the energy in the movie shot where director demands a new shot. Everyone's energies are fairly constant
and the actress or actor steps in to the situation. What will he or she says? Fails or suc-ceeds with the scene. Just to depict

I practised the sequantiality with perhaps childish but pretty innocent TV series of Char-lies Angels which I never was allowed to be seen as a kid. I started to measure the sequantiality regarding the Charlies Angels while the TV-series provides enough material in the form of many episodes. Finally I was able to predict the plots. Of course behind the kind of the shade glass. So I have not had the time to predict the colours and what kind of colour shirt Farrah would have however I am pretty much convinced as anyone

The most important to realize is that while it works on empiric my personality does not have anything to do with.
I have no ability for a clairvoyance nor any abnormal extra sensitive senses. I just fol-lowed up the procedures
I had encoded of the energies. I think it proves that when it is encoded it is so clear that anyone can do it.

While of course I am a both proud and extremely grateful I have an opportunity to be alive and being able to work and share my experiences however I am not trying to shock anyone, instead I would encourage to think that there is not really the unknown
which you could not figure out. With trustful and calm mind it will succeed. One of the breakthrough and very positive finding just for myself was that there is certainly not a witchcraft, nor guilt but there is instead an multitude of natural sciences which are undis-covered. Such a findings can offer so much content and hope that life has an enjoyment
and also wishful attitude to reach simply to everybody. Within few years the prices of TONE with its services are reasonable at prices and this makes them available to anyone embettering the quality of the learning in one´s life. Depending how one thinks and in-terprets however the TONE can bring the message trusting the life. How alone, how des-perate the situation, there will always be safe and rest periods to try again and to stay alive.



Part 6. Work of an sequential analyser

This may grow to be not only an ideal but as well a real work. In this time of the history when we are starting
the work of an sequential analyser is easily turned to the skilled and very personalised labour.

This is a natural development of the things however when attempted there would be pos-sibilities to organise
the workings of a sequential analysers with an international standards.

The first work of an sequential analyser is to mark and depict the finded energies. This mean building an encoding system
which in this phase of the development will need somewhat clear protocol to understand what the encoded and identified

There may become better ideas, my idea is probably futuristic and idealistic. While I per-sonally enjoy a lot of language

and vocabulary may separate us a lot of not understanding or liking each other. I think encoding in the phase of the development when the financial resources can be allocated properly should be visual instead of linguistic.

**What may be the bias of the persons who likes to envision the future however this might in very long, extremely long and safe transit time, lets say at least thousands of years change the way of thinking and perhaps new ways of personal communication
and the heart to heart or at least mind to mind communication would lessen the probabil-ity of needless personal interconflicts and more enjoyable life. I think funny, but if I go to the jungle to meet a new tribe I guess it would be a good idea to keep a friendly
photograph to show my intentions.

However it is probably that so far starting with little money the working would occur linguistically. In the linguistic case not even necessary to say, and while not meaning to discriminate every worthy culture, however it probably would be practical that the used linguistic would be English.




Part 7. Contextuality of Life

TONE will inevidently bring the essence that life is contextually (or ecologically) inter-connected. In addition the contextuality can be used to estimate the situation of the other seemingly separate unit/phenomenon.
Practically this leads to a suggestion that nature leave its marks which can be detected. While hopefully TONE will never reach the legitimate use in criminology however just to depict the futuristic possibilities it says that it might be so that crime events
could be detected theoretically by measuring other units if it is possibly to have correct information of the circumstances.

More simpler fashion this means the claim that life is reciprocal net of the relationships and the relationship and occurrence
between units and phenomenons are not random (=), or not random only (I have no prob-ability symbol in this PC). This makes the claim which sounds odd but the seed of the sand, or a leaf of the tree alongside of the path we walk reflects not =, but a similar

will open up with the information which is already now (>0) and on my belief some-where in the future (=)

However how we use the knowledge depends on us. Speculations are unwise but it might be at least thought that nature itself is an enormous library with an endless memory ca-pacity, and for some reasons perhaps it friendly will say that now we are ready to start to exploit it. Hope we can get along with each others.


Part 8. Measuring NT

Like referred the gauges are expected to find on both microcosmic and macrocosmic lev-els from nature.

The gauges of macro level with perfect thought would be the total mass of the universe. Practically this at least presently mission impossible would regard measuring the se-quences of each mass and even the echoes of the sequences due to reaching other masses
and furthering towards the earth toward the unit/phenomenon investigated. These impul-ses would have to be translated
to the practically workable information. However in my empirics this so called tertiary mass external from our solar system
is totally left outside.

Only in our own solar system there is at least more than 15 000 meaningful piece of the mass and of course huge amount more of a fragments of mass. However my empirical research shows that to attain a high level of knowledge is to be achieved with the same principle of contextuality already introduced. Whence the sample of the primary and secondary mass, meaning operating within our solar system alone are sufficient to achieve the result for EWTAS and other achievements mentioned in this letter.

This probably illuminates parallelly the perspective in which we are not only a living planet but living solar system and living universe as well.
