Here is quick extracts of the theory "The Theory of Asynchronic Impulse"*

According to empirics it seems to be the more logical case than not, that the e.g. such a an phenomenons, which we have learned to

"The Theory of Asynchronic Impulse" is actually the subchapter in the main work named "The Theory of a Natural Energies" (TONE)

TONE assumes to be not only a tornado theory but a general theory of a life.

axiom of E=Mc2 TONE presents the parallel option where the square of the speed of light as an indicator is replaced by the sequantility assumed to be the underlying factor in the nature; in earth sphere and beyond the further universe.

*Please find that while the writer is not a native English speaker if You find the term of sequantiality difficult to envision the idea You may replace it impulse, cycle or a time which should be about the same thing as sequences.


To describe in a most simple fashion the first meaningful principle regarding the practical detection
the axiom of the theory I use is

NE=NT

Meaning NT=Natural Energies is detectable by finding the sequantility (time, cycles) of a Natural Time (NT)

Natural Time (NT) is differentiated from our UTC while it has already proven by many scientist who have tried to reveal the secrets of the natural catastrophes may have forgotten the perspective that Mother Nature may not be ticking together at all with UTC.

Part 2. Getting into the 21st Century

Making science and building a solid thoughts would be good idea trying to get simple as able for the embetterment of a scientist
and scientific funding. Also when living in a modern world if possible using conceptualising with linguistic forms
or simply thinking and marking issues with categorising should be reduced to a minimum to the benefit of the more effective

The sequences of TONE can be classified to two categories.

the occurrence e.g. of Tornadoes is less likely**.

Nothing stops using simultaneously even later the present this day technology and sharpening the image if they can.

My promise to tornado hunters is to produce an almanac for test periods depending on their investment of how many days I will do
but within a confidence intervals for two hours or even less. Speaking minute schedules to public at the point of developing the concept would be irresponsible but for the scientist it should put someone to think about.
Public interest would vary to have a practical use that they consider not getting into their crop fields for next two hours
but waiting in a base for a half a day is not reasonable life. Two hours are good to start with. Minute time tables may be trustworthy
securing with enough safety limits in some future decades but it does not stop starting to work immediately.

I will promise what is possible. The study is correct and You will not get better work from anywhere. That is just the fact.
I will carry the personal responsibility and humiliation of the project if it is not as good in practise as it seem to be in theory
and through researching the PRACTISE! You can personify this to me. There is a one person who said this will work
he is Janne Mikael Huttunen from Finland ( 358405000969 late evenings). Why not to trust an individual, the only person who carries the knowledge and the competitive edge there is.

This is what You need. This is what you speak. This is your dream. If You can buy this project do it as quickly to start to working.

The rest is simple and clear. Everyone can assess that with every projects carries the risk being not so satisfactory, perhaps in need of a re-development and more time. But this we already now and it is natural. EWTAS is not a Coca-Cola of 19th century and certainly work on some level (which is at minimum promise) and every year it will get better. Is there someone of You who will not need more safe and stable life? I guess not.

I have no idea of politics and other people´s matters does not absolutely concern to me, however on my opinion You just can not expect that regarding of strong winds only government could help You. Also You can help Your country and government as well
organising Your own life surroundings as safely as possible. You must do it also yourself. So please contact me.

Part 3 General Theory proven

While the TONE is a general theory, how would You think General Theory can be proven?

You probably might laugh on my studies but let me explain that if You want to prove the something very general will work
do You not think that it might be tested in many areas in life, meaning even in ways which might find to be amusing?

So let me tell You that while I regard the Hurricane and Tornado studies to be the best in quality**, however there is even stronger
validations although less in volumes and observations however the quality of the analyse is even more real when You see in practice
that You can not only verify things with probabilities and with statistics but simply seeing the more complex plot to take a place
than what is a hurricane and tornado touchdown.

Can I ask You a simple question?

Do You know the plot of the TV-series or any movie before seeing it?

That is what I thought.

Neither do I.

However I use like anyone can use sequentiality and suddenly I became a "clairvoyant".

You can become a "clairvoyant" as well as You use the weather forecast done by EWTAS. Does that make You a witch?
I guess not.


** because the subject is so serious it needed many check ups and high quality and trustworthiness. Regarding tornadoes and Hurricanes I did manual check ups due every observation through 3 or 4 times. I will stop my advertisign campaign soon
but Do You think there is a university which would be as careful as an private individual who wishes to maintain his reputation?

What else do I have than two studies of climate phenomenon's?

I have done studies with human anatomy: among other studying the form (F)* I have measured the height from the over 400
adult women and done statistical validation showing the favourability the TONE to be the general theory. I have studied also of 400 adult woman the form of their chin*.As well while everyone understands the next attempt is more challenging and would need laboratory. However I have always punctuated that speed is also a safety. This is not what a traditional science is capable**. Have You ever seen a person who is locked up for a twenty years to make study with a strict discipline to follow all scientific cautiousness, which is what? Can these people lead scientific innovations?
After a major finding You assess the investments and the costs and get into to work. Loosing time to a further studies
can be done parallelly when the prototypes are already tested. I understand that many of You keeps me probably irritating
however the only thing I understand that tornadoes will conquer Your land every spring and You run away. That is a warzone
and losing time without an models to put up with tornadoes are like waging a war with an already obsolete material. It is not how to win. Accepting losses is not a way to live. And it is not an American spirit.


* Stopping the critics: The chin and height is hardly the one underwent to plastic surgery we know. What we do not know is that even would have the case it really does matter from the perspective of validating simple the core theory while the sequence is for the

3b. Other proofs

The below studied are preliminary and only shows the variety of life where it more likely will work. However what makes me convinced of being right are not only the studies but the occasional analyses of individuals things for example of last years tsunami.
While some one ask how can I study tsunamis, while there is no more than few tsunamis recorded. My answer is that UI "cross-examine" them this means I can use cross studies to connect the sequantials. I am no afraid too much rivalries. I can conquer You.

In below I present the expanded axiom and continue explaing the theory with pre-studies I wish to announce.

Also as I like art I started to wonder how colours(C) would take their place in nature. To study in specified circumstances
I used photographs (which once again*, I hope I can get publish my book for Your markets before Xmas 2005..Yuo can help me if You like by sending this information to someone as it is pretty hard to find anyone from locating Finland) (which once again** ...I meant to say does not matter if it is secondary or first experience when You just study the sequantiality subject You are sure enough, with photographs with good quality You can be sure enough from some basic colours true enough?..or false enough?)

..so I used photographs and counted the volume of units/phenomenon with certain colour appearance. I was surprised I got results which maked the difference. I think one could study this within a real life or in laboratory with a spectrometer and trying to observe that colour sizes of the specified location, the space (S) and manipulate by changing different colours in attempting to intervene into
a reserach process to test the cyclicality. I would bet the sequentiality would cross the the Red Cycle equivalent and the result would the same according NE=NT.

With mass(M) I refer not to the classical physics but rather to something which everyone could understand. At least I myself refer the linguistic idea of mass to the weight of an item. That is what I refer with mass in the expanded axiom*. The weight of the things
I have not regarded to be measured as where to find real constants to have long enough periods has not been the interest of mine.


Observations from earthquakes and volcanoes I have "cross-examined" and find similarities with narrow sampling procedures
which means studying and proving a such a general theory would take thousands of years to work alone if You would not use probing and experimenting tactics. I see my possibilities to be pathfinder as a general issues but few things like tornadoes, human anatomy and depicting the possibilities for several random units to co-operate or conflict is my specialty within the art of movies.

To refer the Tsunami of 26th December 2004 I tell how much time a new phenomenon might take before You can reasonably believe to open it up. I spent about 3 or 4 days analysing the Tsunami of 26th December. I did it with an interest because it also changed my life while I realised I should now speed up and there might become hasty with publishing because the natural catastrophes suddenly get the massive attention of everyone in the world. In that time I had already done my empirics 2003-2004 and was constructing the theory based on the empiric. Tsunami of 26th December 2004 is an single phenomenon, you can only cross-study such a thing and it is an example of how to put a logical and based presentation with the pieces of the puzzle of based on other findings. This seems to be of a stretching if You are a rational person and feet well in the ground. You ask how could I logic that out.
By this we come to the contextuality /ecology of the theory of a natural energies. (please jump on the Chapter 7 if You like to proceed quicker to get idea of my theory)


Part 4 Reaching out for new

Expanded axiom: NE=NT=ExO=Ma=CFM/S

Contains the capacity to predict the specified location, the space (S) where the materia (Ma) expresses within the possibilities which energies are able to bend at each time; (Ex-pressional Options ExO).

The Space (S) is a three dimensional and detectable by coordinates to the microcosmic levels up to atoms and beyond.
Naturally the space is not hence the cubic but it is the content space what it is outlined by the forms (F) for example a human outlines. Precise space definition attempts in future to being able to separate in for example the pen on the table. The pen - space (S) is different from the table-space which means more precise GRPS or equivalent knowledge.

Like already mentioned C=Colour, F=Form and M=Mass are the essence of any unit or phenomenon and while the essence is to make an access to everyone to learn and later to be able to write a version to the kids as well as common spirited adults I think it is appropriate to start using understanding terms in the science so that learning is possible.

ExO=Expressional Options refers to the possibilities of the events to occur within the given sequentiality (or cycles, impulses, time..)
In this phase of the developing the theory ExO is assumed to be infinite or practically from the perspective of human to be infinite. However the group of the energy can be detect and identify. Working with ExO makes the knowledge transferable and understood able to a us humans.


Part 5. Editing the infinite

ExO depicts in itself the union or group of possible events from the perspective of unit or phenomenon (human, animal, plant, or non-organic nature) without the opposing as well as supporting forces of the environment.

Presently to suggest and discover few or less practical most likelihood alternatives, which in at present knowledge always stay
open and alternative from reasons only that whole circumstantial environment (CE), which is built from several Spaces(S) consists of units and phenomenons locating in specified area, is presently impossible to be measured by sequantiality.

Or can You measure the sequentiality of the trees, stones and mushrooms and tell how they affect to our thinking?
This thing sounding a fairy tale is actually what "The theory of A Natural Energies" as-sumes (please refer also chapter 7).


Part 6. Going to a creative

In addition even that would not be enough. From the Human perspective we are unable to sense all energies in a way
we could identify and detect them with intellectually nor the present scientific equip-ments. The NE markings in the axiom
necessitates that the = markings is possible when all the natural energy is detected and understood and also it has equivalent frameworks to be detected by NT.

This means that presently we can accumulate and discover new and reach scientific breakthroughs only
attempting to measure the invisible.

How would You personally measure the unknown?

Is there some already developed vehicles? Or a traditional thought?

If You think that a by using compass or a clock You can discover something which
is invisible let me guide you this far and then let go...What do You think if perhaps
just due to the reason that with traditional technics it is impossible to hear, see, touch, smell

Theory of A Natural Energy" further assumes that ExO can be edited from an infinites
to single expression (Ex) by calculating the opposing and supporting forces which re-duces our thinking, ideas
and gets us to the decision making and actions.

NE=NT=ExO->Ex(ExO/Exere-CoUP)=Ma=CFM/S

Naturally this is a futuristic goal, however it has been able to calculate already the situations which has a restricted intentions. This I refer to the Ideal Expressions(art; for example movies and photographs). They are already past issues and controllable.
Let´s imagine the variation of the energy in the movie shot where director demands a new shot. Everyone's energies are fairly constant. The actress or actor steps in to the situation with his intentions. What will he or she says? Fails or succeed? What kind of an dialogue? These are things which can be already detected with certain probability.

I practised the sequantiality with perhaps childish but pretty innocent TV series of Charlies Angels. If I may say so I never was allowed to be seen these films as a kid. I was already in bed at that time and it was strict and simple rule. So I can not have any recollections whatever the memory consultants would claim a kid might have.

As an adult at 2004 I started to measure the sequantiality regarding the Charlies Angels. If You wish to accumulate this business

which you could not figure out. With trustful and calm mind it will succeed. One of the breakthrough and very positive finding just for myself was that there is certainly not a witchcraft, nor guilt. Instead an multitude of natural sciences which are undiscovered. Such a findings can offer so much content and hope that life has an enjoyment. Also wishful attitude to reach simply to everybody. Within few years the prices of TONE with its services are reasonable at prices and this makes them available to anyone embettering the quality of the learning in one´s life. Depending how one thinks and interprets the TONE can bring the message trusting the life. I encourage to remember the Blue Cycles offering a comfort.

** This is not a personal training and not announcing the impossible but if there is still Katrina victims struggling with their wounds to say some word of comfort: nearly how alone, how desperate is your situation Your body is not alone and without a repairing
help. It may be helpful to think the rule of the Blue and Red; the two cycles. Using peacefully the inertia of time and waiting the red pass by You may count there will always be safe blue coming and revitalising. Getting well just need many natural cycles to pass by.

Part 6. Work of an sequential analyser

This may grow to be not only an ideal but as well a real work. In this time of the history when we are starting

to the more heart to heart or at least mind to mind communication which would lessen the probability of needless personal interconflicts increasing more enjoyable life. I guess funny, but if I go to the jungle to meet a new tribe I rather would use my body to show friendly intentions or keep a nice photograph around to show my friendly intentions than would open my mouth.

However it is probably that so far starting with little money the working would occur linguistically. In the linguistic case not even necessary to say, and while not meaning to discriminate every worthy culture, however it probably would be practical that the used linguistic would be English.




Part 7. Contextuality of Life

TONE will inevidently bring the essence that life is contextually (or ecologically) interconnected. In addition the contextuality can be used to estimate the situation of the other seemingly separate unit/phenomenon.
Practically this leads to a suggestion that nature leave its marks which can be detected. While hopefully TONE will never reach the legitimate use in criminology however just to depict the futuristic possibilities it says that it might be so that crime events
could be detected theoretically by measuring other units if it is possibly to have correct information of the circumstances.

More simpler fashion this means the claim that life is reciprocal net of the relationships and the relationship and occurrence

will open up with the information which is already now (>0) and on my belief some-where in the future (=)

However how we use the knowledge depends on us. Speculations are unwise but it might be at least thought that nature itself is an enormous library with an endless memory capacity, and for some reasons perhaps it friendly will say that now we are ready to start to exploit it. Hope we can get along with each others.


Part 8. Measuring NT

Like referred the gauges are expected to find on both microcosmic and macrocosmic lev-els from nature.

The gauges of macro level with perfect thought would be the total mass of the universe. Practically this at least presently mission impossible would regard measuring the sequences of each mass and even the echoes of the sequences due to reaching other masses
and furthering towards the earth toward the unit/phenomenon investigated. These impul-ses would have to be translated
to the practically workable information. However in my empirics this so called tertiary mass external from our solar system
is totally left outside.

Only in our own solar system there is at least more than 15 000 meaningful piece of the mass and of course huge amount more of a fragments of mass. However my empirical research shows that to attain a high level of knowledge is to be achieved with the same principle of contextuality already introduced. Whence the sample of the primary and secondary mass, meaning operating within our solar system alone are sufficient to achieve the result for EWTAS and other achievements mentioned in this letter.

This probably illuminates parallelly the perspective in which we are not only a living planet but living solar system and living universe as well.





9. If My finding later proved to be as helpful regarding tornadoes I wish to say I could have not help earlier. I have worked 60 to 70 hours week every 52 week through last years. Still I launched this as an emergency case and could not follow my own long term planning, which is seen in the quality of texts now.
