IPCC eli YK:n hallitustenvälinen ilmastonmuutospanelin julkaisema raportti on kuvottavaa propagandaa.
Raportin julkaisussa ja tiedotteissa jätettiin pois maininta siitä että selvää tieteellistä näyttöä sille, että ihmisen toiminta aiheuttaa ilmastonmuuksen, ei olla löydetty.
Em. löytyy oikesta ipcc raportista, ei tästä yhteenvedosta joka siis vasta julkistettiin. Tätä nyt julkaistua yhteenvetoa ei siis julkaissut mikään tiedeyhteiso vaan ko. dokumentti on poliittinen. Itse raportti julkaistaan Huhtikuussa.

"The content of the authored chapters is the responsibility of the Lead Authors, subject to Working Group or Panel acceptance. Changes (other than grammatical or minor editorial changes) made after acceptance by the Working Group or the Panel shall be those necessary to ensure consistency with the Summary for Policymakers or the Overview Chapter. These changes shall be identified by the Lead Authors in writing and made available to the Panel at the time it is asked to accept the Summary for Policymakers, in case of reports prepared by the Task Force on National Greenhouse Gas Inventories by the end of the session of the Panel which adopts/accepts the report.’"
Eli, tiedemiesten/tutkijoiden pitää muuttaa tuloksensa siten että ne ovat yhteneväiset nyt julkaistun yhteenvedon kanssa.
Toisin sanoen, aineisto joka ei tue ihmisen aiheuttamaa nopeaa ilmastonmuutosta, tulee muuttaa siten että se on yhteneväinen jo julkaistun poliittisen aineiston kanssa.

Tiivistelmän laatijat saavat muuttaa tieteellistä osaa niin paljon kuin haluavat, muiltakin osin kuin kieliopin kohdalta ("other than grammatical or minor editorial changes"), jotta koko tieteellinen osa edustaisi tiivistelmän mukaista "konsensusta".
