"As a result of the burning of coal and oil, the driving of cars, and other human activities, the carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is increasing at a rate of about half a percent per year. … The physical effects of carbon dioxide are seen in changes of rainfall, cloudiness, wind strength, and temperature, which are customarily lumped together in the misleading phrase "global warming." This phrase is misleading because the warming caused by the greenhouse effect of increased carbon dioxide is not evenly distributed. Eli tyypin mielestä ennustukset ovat epätarkkoja, mutta hänen mielestään ilmastonmuutos on pääosin ihmisen aiheuttamaa ja se tulee aiheuttamaan ogelmia. Hänen mielestään rahaa pitäisi suunnata enemmän ongelmien poistamiseen kuin ennusteiden tekemiseen. Ehkä hän onkin oikeassa, nyt kun ennusteiden tehtävä alkaa olla täyttynyt, eli kaikki maailman valtiot ja hallitukset myöntävät ilmastonmuutoksen olevan tosiasia ja että kasvihuonekaasuja pitää vähentää nopealla aikataululla.
Valtioilla on hyvä sauma niistää rahat pois tällä humpuukilla, muuta mielenkiintoa tätä huijausta kohtaan millään maailman valtiolla ei olekaan.
Ilmasto on lämmennyt viimeisen vuosisadan aikana pari kymmenystä, jos otetaan kaupunkiefekti huomioon. Ihmisellä ei ole tuon parin kymmenyksen kanssa mitään tekemistä...
Suuri osa maailman ilmastotutkijoista sitä paitsi ennustaa lievää kylmenemistrendiä lähitulevaisuudessa, siitä on jo merkkejä ilmassa...
Näytäpä yksikin tutkimus, jonka mukaan GLOBAALI lämpötila olisi noussut vain pari kymmenystä viime vuosisadan aikana. Ai niin. Ei sellaisia ole.
Näytä myös yksikin tieteellinen viite siitä, että suuri osa maailman ilmastotutkijoista ennustaa lievää kylmenemistä. Ei sellaisiakaan ole.
Jaa ettei ole valtioilla mielenkiintoa? No huhhuh! Tuo on tökeröin väite koskaan! Siihenkään ei tietenkään ole antaa yhtäkään todistetta, sen sijaan väitettä vastaan on valtioiden päätöksiä vastaan vaikka kuinka:

Miksi Dyson puhuu hiilidioksidin sitouttamisesta maahan ja ilmakehän hiilidioksidipitoisuuden kasvun pysäyttämisestä, jos kerran hiilidioksidilla ei hänen mielestään olisi vaikutusta ilmaston lämpenemiseen?

Dyson näyttäisi olevan sitä mieltä, että lämpeneminen on totta, ja että se myös aiheuttaa onlgemia.
Lisäksi hän spekuloi, että jos hiilidioksidin lisääminen ilmakehään tuo takaisin märän Saharan, näin kannattaisi antaa tapahtua.
Johtopäätös: Dyson ei näyttäisi lainkaan "murskaavan ilmastoteorioita", kunhan vain höpisee lämpimikseen.
