This superman from England talks offensively about Finnish Traditional food!

I have personly ate English food and here is one typical menu of your country:
Breakfast:
Yesterdays old tea with toast or quick and dry scones and jam made of sour orange peels, milk and cornflakes or all bran flakes or grey lumpy oatmeal porridge with full cow milk from the bottle and old jam
Lunch:
- oxtail soup (you do not know the origin of the tails)
- fish and chips boiled in sour oil
- plumpudding looking like shitbars soaking in grey ginger soup with fattening whipped cows milked cream
Afternoon tea:
- same tealeaves used twice and some Earl Grey mixed into it to get black color
- tasteless cream puffs filled with ancient jam and yellowish whipped cream
Supper:
- tomatoe soup that is made from perhaps genetic manipulated tomatoepure
- mashed potatoes with brown bean sauce and waterboiled old sheepmeat cabbage-rice casserole and some spices (you do not know the origin of the sheep)
- English tasteless white bread with mildew cheese and boarham
- local cows milk or sourmilk from the bottle
- a greasy pie filled with roasted onions and minced meat with pepper and salt and tomatoe sauce
Evening drink:
- local beer made of Thames water 10 times purified or ten times boiled tea with applestrudel with very fattening butteryeast (you don't know where the butter has come from)
Late evening drink:
- hot milk and a spoonful of fishliveroil to prevent rickets during foggy winter
Midnight snack:
- cold chicken or turkey (maybe brought from Far East and you do not know the origin exactly) from the fridge with a rusk and chocolate pudding and a cupful of valerianaflavoured tea to get some sleep
That is why you have in English speaking countries so many overweighed people and they have bulimia and have depression with their looks
ARRGH!

Ramsay's not your typical englishman so you cannot blame him for what the rest are eating.
He has many Michelin 3 star restaurants, and unlike most englishmen, actually knows about good food (unlike most Finns).
Here are some pickings from his restaurant menus:
Pan fried Scottish sea scallops with a millefeuille of potato, parmesan velouté and truffle smarties
Pot roasted Northumberland beef fillet with meat and potato pie, quail’s egg and red wine sauce
Granny Smith parfait with honeycomb, bitter chocolate and Champagne foam
Breast of partridge roasted with fresh cobnuts, sweetcorn, tarragon jus
Aberdeen Angus beef fillet roasted and glazed, pommes Anna, Italian artichokes, black trompette, pepper jus
Tea cream with pistachio and almond meringue and milk foam
Marinated Jersey tomatoes with Pata Negra, creamed goat’s curd and balsamic dressing
Loin of new season lamb in a herb crust, smoked bacon, kohlrabi and grelot onion fricassée, braised cos heart, crushed broad beans
Poached English rhubarb with Gariguette strawberries, ginger mousse, crème fraîche and vanilla sorbet
...
I dunno, if you hate English food, perhaps you should consider eating in one of Ramsay's restaurants and eat good food instead.
traditional Finnish food that Ramsay is insulting. Average English traditional food among the normal folks (not the elite) is not better than Finnish traditional food. Those dishes you told about are not traditional English food for the folks so I do not critizise them of course and appreciate his skills too. But mocking traditional Finnish dishes is not behaviour of an English gentleman!
Tea, puddings, jellies, applepie, kidneypie, cabbage - mutton stew, red bean sauce, tomatoesoup, mushroom pie, headcheese, sausages, grey meat stew flavoured with dill, sole looking beefstakes, filled turkey, liver pastry, bird pastries (there is a tale that one witch put magpies into the pastry instead of chicken), ginger or lemonjuice drinks, white bread with jam and peanut butter and fish and potatoe chips are English average food. Some are good, some are tasting really bad... but here are examples of English cuisine in Wikipedia:

These lumps in this picture look really ugly, they are looking like Loch Ness dragons vomit:

How can you say that you are not talking about Ramsay himself, when you begin your post with phrase:
"This superman from England talks offensively about Finnish Traditional food!"
Unless you were really sincere about the superman part, you WERE talking about Ramsay himself, at least regarding his comments.
From there on, your point becomes completely vain. Since Ramsay does his best to offer only the best that the English cuisine has to offer, it's utterly pointless to blame him about its worst.
If Ramsay would have been an owner of a worn-down pub with the menu full of the horrors of English cuisine, these reactions would be justified. But he isn't. He's the owner of several fine dining restaurants, so it was an insult to begin with to offer him these Finnish "delicacies".
I don't know what the people who offered him these things were thinking. Maybe that a visitor would be automatically be obligated to praise the dishes, regardless of whether they actually deserved it. Or perhaps they had a chip on their shoulder to begin with?
A gentleman Ramsay isn't, but we already knew that. I'll tell you something: making a three-star Michelin cook known for his temper to taste these foods not even all Finns consider good was an offense to begin with. Keeping that in mind, Ramsay's reaction was very moderate.
