In Finland we get a driving licence at eighteen years of age but for example in Australia people get a driving licence at sixteen years of age. There is main part youngsters in the accidents statistics. It's too early to get the driving licence because there can surely no doubt that 16- years- old has developed enought psychically.
Because people can aquire the driving licence to a moped at fifteen- years- old they don't have driving experience than a year. At sixteen- years- old youngsters hasn't grown psychically enough and they are at the worst teen age. Sixteen- years- old wants to show to friends their driving “skills” in defiance of danger. They doesn't understand how important and precious human's life is and how childish it's play with own life.
Of course the driving licence would increase freedom and it would be nice. But usually there is much novice drivers in the traffic accidents and if age limit had put down two age categories there would be double more young victims in the traffic. Just when a primary school has finished youngsters are more freedom and they can go to a new school to a different locality. It would increase the traffic and it would be worse thing
No one will be safe if 16- years- old goes to behind of a steering wheel. It's better to wait two years and grow psychically."

Esimies käski alokkaan korjata asentoaan. Tämäpä totesi tekevänsä saman tien kokonaan uuden!
Eipä tuostakaan käännöksestäsi virheetöntä lausetta taida löytyä; useimmissa lauseissa virheitä on montakin. Olisi todellakin parempi (ja helpompi) kääntää koko juttu uudestaan kuin korjata siitä virheet!
