I knew you were there, even before we met in Berlin new year's eve 2005 (we met near a wine bar..u were unsure if it really was me but yes I was me).I have to write you this letter to stop a bird from bringing me mesgs from you to my kitchen window.
In Feb -011 I was one night out to buy take-away sausages with french fries.I ran into two friends of yours.A petite brunette and a blonde boy who looked like you but more street smart than you.(When I saw you in Berlin you stared at me with heavenly blue eyes). We stopped outside the take-away shop and kind of eyed up each other because we knew that we all knew you.
In the 90's I kept thinking about you everytime I heard J-Lo on the floor LOL.
I'll write more letters to you soon, same spot right here.PS.you are really tall, much taller than me!Hugs and kisses from your little Anna (too small for dressage horses).

What are your plans for the summer? I'd love to be free but my parents kinda tell me to go with them to a cottage by the sea in the archipelago.Everyone speaks Swedish there, the cat adventures outside and I go for long cross country treks.
If I had more flexibility I'd definitely go to Budapest or Riga.Possibly Visby/Gotland.
Right now I'm looking for jobs..Not easy.My mother thinks I should focus on humanities while I think humanities suck with no money.
Well I guess we could meet in a Baltic metropole some day in the near future??
I love the food in those places.Food from the countryside right in the city.I Prague I loved the local gulasch aswell as their type of insalada caprese.See you love!
I might have met two of your glam buddies too.I know that you have both street cool pals and posh pals and you guys all move effortlessly between class gaps.So do I.
I have never been to those places that are your territories, like NyC, Vienna,Salzburg, Hamburg. I know that you're temperamental. How about laughing a little?Have you met me in Denmark ever? I think we were in the same club one night.Cph is a wild city.We went there to be rock viking maidens for one week.Ouch! The viking treat was a harsh remedy - white fish with boiled potatoes at Nyhavn, new shoes from a cosy boutique near Ströget and lots of pink coloured medwurst every morning at the hotel. I go seasick from thinking about viking ships.
n Berlin -05 I travelled alot by subway.I remember Prinzlerouer Berg and Vadmans Lust somehow. We went to a Jewish block.
It was fascinating to see skyscrapers in the very centre of the town.We stayed overnight in my (Finnish, au pair) friend's house in Frohnau. You and I saw each other when a prostitute hinted me where you were standing.Remember? You can
add you to your list of longdistance admirers because I really knew immediately that your my ideal guy.Lots of loveAnna
I'm sipping on a latenight latte and dreaming of seeing you and getting to know you properly.I have been to many European countries and cities but Germany and Berlin really rocked me the most. Why did that happen to me - at school I never liked teachers who had germanophilic political ideals.I found anything German too strict, too heavy-going, too precise for my chaotic nature.I never participated in any German language tutoring.
My friend S wanted me to experience Berlin because she really loved Germany. She was (now married with children)a hippie, reggae kinda chick.I thought we'd go to lots of street cool pubs and bars. But no! Instead, she took me to East Berlin straight from the airport. It was lovely-small charming shops, snowy weather and really quiet, narrow side streets.
New Year's Eve 2005 was wild.We ate at the house in Frohnau. Then we took our drinks (I had 2 mini bottles of Freixenet, black and gold) and went to see fireworks near Brandenburg Tor.It was amazing. We saw some live music and a lot of people.
My feet got wet, I was wearing black suede hig heel boots. We left the concert and that walk in nighttime Berlin was fascinating.Enormous, empty buildings and wide spaces.I'd love to see you soon because I think I love you deeply.Cheers/A./CAT!
