ll targets of the Hidden Evil are familiar with noise campaigns.

Basically, targets report experiencing a steady stream of noise consisting of a rotation of various types of disturbances around their homes. This includes door slamming, yelling, car alarms, horns, tires screeching, loud music, engines revving, and frequent construction projects which include an assortment of noise from heavy machinery and tools.

Not surprisingly, in his books Future War and Winning the War, Dr. Alexander described using noise as a weapon.

For instance, if you’re targeted, there will be doors slamming for a few moments, several minutes of silence will ensue, then a motorcycle will drive by and rev its engine outside of your house.

After that you’ll have someone mowing the lawn. Then there will be alarms going off. After that you’ll hear a loud crowd of people walk by your house. Then you may then hear fire or ambulance sirens. Then there will be hammering and sawing sounds from the ongoing construction projects. Then you’ll hear car alarms being turned on/off in succession multiple times from multiple vehicles around your house.

There will generally not be a solid five minutes of uninterrupted peace.

Moret spoke of the use of “noise campaigns” which included the frequent use of garbage disposals in surrounding apartments, vehicles with “blaring horns” and the sirens of fire trucks.

She also spoke of habitual door slamming, proclaiming,

“they’ll slam doors all day and all night long.” “Door slamming,” agreed McKinney, “is also a popular pastime, particularly in apartment settings.”

Those targeted may experience a “chain reaction” of door slamming by apartments or houses surrounding theirs.

Other types of disturbances include frequent noise from lawn mowers, snow blowers, vehicles with loud exhaust systems, and ambulance sirens, etc. Noisy construction projects will usually be ongoing.

“Blaring horns, sirens, [and] garbage disposal[s]” which are “run concurrently in apartment settings, for excessively prolonged periods of time,” are common reports wrote McKinney.

She also noted that targets experience frequent,

“amplified transmissions” of “general racket” which is “used on a recurrent basis under circumstances intended to persuade the individual that he or she is under surveillance.”

She added,

“In all of these cases, the individuals’ neighbors apparently pretend to be oblivious and/or indifferent to these sudden, continuous explosions of noise.”

They’re oblivious to the noise because they’re complicit in the program.

No place is immune from these criminal dirty birds, not even hospitals or police stations. What is group stalking ?

Group stalking is a form of community mobbing and organised stalking combined, where cowards gang up on a few people. Just like you have workplace mobbing, and online mobbing, which are both fully recognised as legitimate, this is the community form carried out by the majority of the population.

Group stalking is organised harassment at it's best, and covert murder at its worst. It is the targeting of an individual for revenge, jealousy, sport, or to keep them quite, etc.

It's a psychological attack that can completely destroy a persons life, as well as a physical attack carried out by car crashes, arson, and poisoned foods, while leaving little or no evidence to incriminate the perpetrators.

From what I've learned, the basic formula is as follows:

Frequency: Describes how often an event occurs. It also pertains to the number of acts within a single event.

Duration: Pertains to the length of a single event. It also pertains to the non-stop nature of the harassment in general.

Intensity: The amplification of acts such as sound, sight, crowding, etc. within an event.

A hypothetical example of a car door-slamming event would include this:

One neighbor arrives and two others leave.

As they're tending to their vehicles there is the repeated opening and shutting doors and trunks, alarms going off, and beeping from alarms being turned on. These disturbances emanate from areas surrounding your house. This may happen simultaneously, or they may be strung together, one right after the other. Synopsis

The event lasted for 5 minutes; longer than normal (Duration). In addition to length of the event being extended, the number of times each act occurred within the event was increased (Frequency).



Ex: Multiple, repeated doors/trunk slamming from cars, even if a single individual is at the vehicle. This event also happens many times throughout the day (Frequency). Each individual act of door/trunk shutting is amplified by deliberate slamming to produce a louder than normal noise (Intensity).

The event was louder, contained more activity (acts), and lasted longer than normal to produce a covert attack. Even if a single individual is arriving/leaving, standard practice seems to be multiple slams (trunk, back door, driver's door).



This may be synchronized with your activity, such as your arrival or departure. The event may also be a part of a Noise Campaign consisting of an alteration of other types of noise. This basic formula is used with many of the tactics outlined in this chapter. The frequency and duration formula is also used in Mobbing.



In addition to the overuse of an individual tactic, these tactics are combined and used in a round-the-clock fashion, which amplifies their overall potency.






Basic Protocol
There is a basic protocol that they begin with which is consistent in all NATO nations.



It begins with the surveillance of targets, monitoring of their private lives, and entry into their homes (break-ins). This is done so their personality traits can be cataloged.

"There is a basic protocol that the perpetrators begin with," states McKinney, "but the TI [Targeted Individual] contributes to the modification."

After they are singled out for preliminary stages of harassment, Gang Stalking ensues, which McKinney describes as part of a "softening-up process."



After a period of overt surveillance (Gang Stalking), NLW are introduced. The NLW harassment gradually increases to extreme conditions. This pattern has unfolded consistently in all NATO countries.

Dr. Munzert speaks of basically the same pattern, which he describes as a "double-folded strategy."

Harassment techniques include:

4. Anchoring where someone will provide false rationales for the harassment. Often many possible
rationales are planted to keep the victim confused and the focus of the harassment cycles from one
possible reason to another round and around so as to keep the victim guessing in a self perpetuating
guessing game where every scenario you are to blame and causes self doubt, fear, intimidation, and
ultimately a cycle of destructive thoughts
5. Mobbing (or true gangstalking) where everywhere you go you will see an overt display of people
following you and often use words you have been conditioned to or your name to draw your attention
6. Street theatre where a group will "perform" an overt activity like a fake confrontation or scenarios
designed to test your reactions. Often takes the form of a couple who position themselves near you and
then have a conversation using many of your conditioned words or pertaining to your particular
situation and sensitivities.
7.The use of directional speakers which have the ability to direct sound to a single individual in a
crowded room. This particular item is ultimately the most used and is often referred to as V2K or Voice
to Skull and is used extensively in the psychological breakdown of the victim. The use initially is to cause
the victim to doubt their sanity and drive them into the mental health system, and later to just torment
and never give the victim a moment of privacy or peace. If they do enter the mental health system, then
harassment escalates dramatically as the victim has now been "discredited" and can be labeled as
someone with a mental problem if they do speak out about the harassment.
8.The use of electronics to effect your eyesight and balance which was originally developed for the
military and police crowd control called "dazzling" and even the ability to make you vomit.

all areas of their life - job performance, relationships, and significantly aids in discrediting the victim as
they appear unorganised, disheveled, and sleeping patterns alter so they may sleep during the day
(where noise campaigns are more effective) and be awake at night (where they can be painted as the

11. Baiting or entrapment where victims are harassed to the point that they lash out and commit a
crime such as assault, break and enter or vandalism, as they try and locate the source of the
harassment. Harassers will actively try to provoke verbal and physical confrontations especially after a
period of sleep deprivation. Or they are prompted into an activity which can then be used as leverage
such as affairs, sexuality, drug use, or other criminal activity.
12. Gaslighting which is a form of psychological abuse where someone will actively try undermine
victims and to make them doubt themselves so that they lose all self confidence and self esteem and are
therefor easier to manipulate and push toward the mental health pathway. It can be as simlpe as being
told something which they then deny, then telling them how silly they are for thinking they said it, and
turn the lie around into an attack on the person. It can be incredibly effective coming from a trusted
person and before the victim understands what is happening to them.
13.Blackbag jobs is a term when a harasser breaks into a victims property and places something or
deliberately moves something. The purpose is to cause self doubt, and fear that their property is being
accessed which harassers try to then sell as paranoia.
14. Propaganda and disinformation is also the other key element to suppress knowledge of this practice
as its effectiveness initially requires the victim to be unaware of the existence of gangstalking,
gaslighting, or the electronic technologies such as directional speakers so huge amounts of time are
devoted online to creating disinformation sites which attempt to discredit victims by pushing the mental
health agenda. They achieve this by posing as victims and actively trying to sound crazy so that all
victims are are treated as such. Also by creating websites claiming to help victims and being a resource
for victims to come together and then harassing them to the extent that they lose hope and no longer
reach out for help causing further isolation.
15. Further to the above, gangstalkers rely on disbelief and discrediting and as such much of the
harassment is designed (at least initially) to mimic mental health issues. They also rely on their abuse
being so extreme, so pervasive, so fundamentally immoral, as to be disbelieved and victims
subsequently resort to photographing, videotaping, and sound recording their everyday encounters to
disprove the countless unfounded claims made against them - especially in relation to gaslighting, which
gangstalkers try to turn around and paint the victims as paranoid or irrational. Victims are made to feel
